Very nice store inside the rest stop. There is a drive thru as well. You can order ahead, but I do not believe that you can use stars for paying any portion of your order at this one. We Picked up inside but we could have also used the drive thru. Very fast turn around on the drinks being made and ready for pickup. Probably 5 minutes max from the time that we ordered
It's Starbucks. What can you say? It's consistent, although I find it a little more chocolaty in Augusta than Watertown or Lake George
They have a drive up which important to me because I use the app.
The location would probably do better in lake george rather than the outlet mall.

Sunday morning 8:30am, the drive thru lady was awesome, super friendly, and made us delicious coffees, I wish every location could be like this! I didn't get her name but she had short hair and was very pleasant.
