The food here was great and the service was quick! The staff were very friendly. We both had the colossal breakfast and were very impressed with how great everything was, especially the bacon. Would definitely recommend this place as a breakfast stop if you’re in the area!

This place should have higher reviews! I thought the prices looked a little high when first looking at the menu but you get what you pay for. The colossal breakfast was delicious and everything was such high quality. Freshly roasted diced potatoes, real maple syrup, nice thick smoky bacon, etc. Great service too. I have pretty high breakfast standards and I highly recommend!!

If you are in Lake George this is a must stop for breakfast. The Colossal Breakfast is delicious and more than filling! Choice of two pancakes or French toast, sausage or Canadian Bacon, two eggs cooked to your liking, and home fries. It’s a hopping spot expect a little wait, ours was 10-15 minutes. Service was slow but I enjoyed the Adirondack atmosphere and breakfast was delicious! I believe they also sell their own syrup and French toast came with a cinnamon butter that added a unique twist.
The food and service are outstanding. You want eggs over easy - this is the place to have them. Local honey served with your tea. Maple Syrup served with pancakes etc. The omelets will feed two adults. Bacon is just right.

Unfortunately, we did not fare well at Flapjack Pete’s at Tamarack Inn on Wednesday, 8/16/23.We ordered the colossal breakfast. It wasn’t colossal, nor was it very good. We ordered bloody Mary’s. They were terrible. One in my party was sick the whole day. It was served without anything to stir it. I asked for a straw, but they don’t have straws. My big regret is not sending them back.

Great place with a rustic mountain cabin vibe. The staff was great and very attentive. One of us ordered chocolate milk and it came in a glass bottle from a local farm. Pancakes and french toast were fluffy and tasty. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Definitely will be back!
