I have been staying here every month for the past 3 months for a work training. The first 2 months were great. Tonight is day one of month 3, it's 11:15 pm and there is an event with a live band outside. the band is so loud I couldn't even watch TV if I wanted to no less sleep. I called the front desk at 10:45 to ask when the band would be done. They told me they didn't know but they didn't "think" they could play past 11:00...it's now 11:16. I have to be up at 6:00 am. This is not ok

Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable when someone decides to use their spa tub at 2am on the floor above it makes an ungodly racket in your room worst hotel experience of my life.

Went to our 1st Super Bowl Party at the Lakeside Lounge @ The Fort William Henry
It was amazing ! The room was set up perfect the food was amazing ! Managers Marie & Renee took great care of us and our sever Taylor was doll the bartenders were Very accommodating! The outside view with a fire pit topped it all off had the best time. Hope they do it again next year.🏈🏈
The fire pits by the water was amazing! They kept the fire going the whole time and with being the last time slot, they said we were welcomed to stay as long as we wanted. The menu was great and the s'mores package was the perfect addition! Will definitely book again.

This was my husband and my second time booking a fire pit. We got one in July when we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and it was great. Service was quick with our food and drinks. The man tending to our fire was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. He made sure to take a bunch of photos for us and made the experience the best he could. He really seemed like he loved what he was doing. Since we loved July we booked another for September for my husband's birthday. This time it was disappointing. No one tended to our fire, they just left a pile of wood there for us to do ourselves. Pretty sure that's a liability... The guys handling the wood didn't even bother to come by at all or even look our way until 20min before our time was up. The service was also extremely slow. It took forever for him to come back so we could order more. I know he was serving other tables but there were only 3 or 4 total including us, we shouldn't have been waiting so long, especially considering July was packed and the service was better. We were also the only fire pit. This time we left thinking it was not worth the $15 a person and probably won't book this experience again.

We rented the fire pit for the fireworks - we had the second pit - we could not see the fireworks at all trees blocked what a disappointment would not have paid over $200 for this if we new

Everything was amazing except the trees made it hard to see fireworks. One of the six had a good view but the others are blocked so not worth the extra money IF your main concern is viewing the fireworks
We really enjoyed our fire pit for our group of 6 plus a 5 year old. Moses was the best! He continually kept wood in the pit for a wonderful evening. A big shoutout to our waiter who served us our food and beverages!
The experience of sitting around the fire pit on a nice night was great but you pay extra for the 8pm slot to see the fireworks and most of the view is blocked by trees so you. Have to leave the fire pit you paid for to go watch the fireworks and then once the fire works are over your time at the fire pit is up so kind of a waste. Also we preordered s'mores and cheese, and ordered drinks when we arrived and were seated promptly at 8. No food or drinks, not even our waters came out until 8:45pm. 1 person running food for the beginning to get everyone set is clearly not enough.
Provided only 4 seats for a party of 6. Took 45 minutes after being seated for service from a waiter. They promised unobstructed views of the lake and they sat us right in front of a wall of trees totally obstructing our view. Our table was dirty and full of garbage from the previous guests.
The online reservation did not indicate that the fire pit would only be ours for one hour. It also didn't indicate where to check in. The front desk clerk sent us to the carriage house, where there was a private party. We stood in line for 20 monutes only to find out we were in the wrong spot. This made us late for our fire pit reservation. We weren't allowed to stay later at our fire pit even though there were still other open fire circles. When the greeter came to tell us we needed to leave she said I'd get a partial refund. When I went to the front desk to see if I needed to sign anything, she said thank you for the reminder because she'd forgotten she'd said that and she would take care of the refund right away. I haven't seen anything yet, but I'll stay tuned.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Fire Pit experience. Our server, Alp, was great. He kept us well supplied with drinks from the bar and Jonesy kept us entertained and kept our fire burning in spite of the misty rain that started half-way through our timeslot. What a beautiful experience overlooking the shores of Lake George. Well done staff of Fort William Henry. Thank you for the wonderful memories :)

We were staying at the hotel. The first night we dined and did the fire pit and smores experience - it was absolutely amazing so much so we booked it again. The first night was five stars with our server, I believe his name was Shea. The food was absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Beautiful views, delicious food, great drinks. However our experience tonight did not compare. The waitress could not have cared less about us and we arrived late as we were stuck at another experience and we said we would cut our time we were okay with that. She told us she only had an hour with us and it took over 20 minutes to get drinks and we ended up having to carry our cups and menu inside because she never came back out. Overall, a nice experience if you get the right server who wants to actually make it an enjoyable experience for you.
