It's really a 4.5. Huge portions at dinner, obviously a killer view. Waitstaff lovely. Just me..I would like more options in a dinner menu & appetizer list.
Wonderful evening and meal. The view of the water was breathtaking & the food even better.
An utter disaster here! Would never again step into this place for dining. A multitude of past poor teviews stated the exact same issues I experienced. Wait time for server for followup was 10-13min. Refills were forgotten, salad came out 10 min after main Meal. Food: awful! Water was not drinkable. Im no water snob either but i asked for 4 lemons to remove the funk and it did nothing. Traded water for soft drink and waitress forgot this and I went to bar to obtain them. I was completely embarrassed with my spouse here. Issues from others are addressed by replies from restaurant management but the continue to occur over and over the same way. Folks, save yourself the trouble and $. This is a $40-$50 per meal place. Im sure there are better options here for that same $$ To management. I advise you following through with what you say in your remarks. You obviously have not addressed the issues.
The only reason to come here is the view. Certainly not the sub par sports bar food. Booked on open table and requested a window seat particularly in the private alcove I decided to call after booking to ensure those seats and was told it is on a first come basis. Came to reservation a half hour early and noticed alcove window seat empty as well as other window seats. Was then told they were reserved. WHAT. I guess for regulars or preferred guests Should have left but stayed to endure terrible service but worse tasteless unseasoned insipid food Then all the foid courses were brought out at the same time while the waitress was asking us about desert. Never again. I'm sure ownership doesn't care put I will be sure to post the horrible uncaring service on all social media
It was hit or miss. My pork chop was perfect. My wife's dish was very salty. The Caesars Salad we shared was also very salty. Overall though, it was a good meal. We would still go back again. Service was also very good.
The waitress we had was excellent ! Her name was Renee ! So pleassnt attentive and fun personality ! She liked my curly hair like hers ! We hit it off !! The food is excellent and the ambiance is the best ! When you visit Lake George you have to eat there.!!!!
It was my first time there. I was in town for work. I sat outside and there were bees flying around my head the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. I felt the lunch menu was very limited without the option to order off the dinner menu. The waitress was very nice.
Beautiful sunny day sitting on the veranda next to the lake! Server Sarah an amazing, friendly person, thanks Sarah!!
The service was slow, be that's a factor of bad distribution of services and bussers. Our party of four sat at the bar, and decided to order dinner there. The bartender had to do double duty at the bar, and about 8 four tops. As we were there the room was full after we had ordered and it took 45 minutes to get our food because the bartender had to go to the kitchen to bring our food for every order. The menu was small but had a good selection of standard resort area dishes. I ordered a ribeye rare, and it was medium at best. So for service I'd say great, for food I'd say meh.
Beautiful places

In the two times we have been here this place always over delivers. From the host stand to management pure class. I run restaurants myself, so it takes a lot to wow me. We are now customers for life!

The overall experience was poor. Waiting for a table, I saw a waitress laying into a hostess. When we sat down, we waited for a server for 10 minutes with no one coming by, and then the waitress came by and said I will be with you in a minute. We waited another 10 minutes without ordering drinks or water. By this time, we knew what we wanted, and the kids were getting ready to eat. The waitress seemed to be taking care of her regular clients. The food was not worth what we paid. The scallops were uncooked and couldn't be eaten. The waitress even said that they looked raw. If she knew that, then she shouldn't have served them. The crab dip was fishy tasting, my chicken dish was okay, and the shrimp dish was chewy. The pork chop was the best thing we had. We live on the lake, and I'm not sure we will be back. The view is fantastic, just wish the food and service could be the same.

Food was good but server was super busy. Asked for a glass of Kim Crawford savignon blanc and got another Aperol Spritz. Then again asked for Kim Crawford and got something that was not savignon blanc or Kim Crawford. She was really busy
For a seafood restaurant, too few seafood entree options. And the two bathroom stalls are very very deficient. Long lines all the time.
