All staff is very rude. They don't know how to speak with customer. We will not come back again..
Waited 10 minutes in the drive through at the window. I was the only car there, just to receive fries without any salt at all and half my order wrong. Not to mention the rest of the food quality was terrible. I’d understand if it was busy but it was the opposite. Not sure how any of this was possible.

Kids love to have lunch here. Only on special occasions. The resturant is clean and kept clean. Service is polite, and helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't bother ordering anything with bacon, you won't get bacon. And they don't give a receipt so u can't even bring it back to argue over what you ordered after they take your money. It's gotta be a corporate move to drive up profits. This is the 3rd "local" BK I've tried, and they all have done this many times. Also, beware of the sunrise hwy location in Bohemia, and the new motor parkway location in Hauppauge. All 3 have been doing this. Save your money, just order regular burgers that aren't supposed to have bacon.
