Waited 10 minutes in the drive through at the window. I was the only car there, just to receive fries without any salt at all and half my order wrong. Not to mention the rest of the food quality was terrible. I’d understand if it was busy but it was the opposite. Not sure how any of this was possible.

Kids love to have lunch here. Only on special occasions. The resturant is clean and kept clean. Service is polite, and helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't bother ordering anything with bacon, you won't get bacon. And they don't give a receipt so u can't even bring it back to argue over what you ordered after they take your money. It's gotta be a corporate move to drive up profits. This is the 3rd "local" BK I've tried, and they all have done this many times. Also, beware of the sunrise hwy location in Bohemia, and the new motor parkway location in Hauppauge. All 3 have been doing this. Save your money, just order regular burgers that aren't supposed to have bacon.

Refused my order?I placed an order at 11:45 p.m., doubled checked that they were open until 2 am. I arrived at 12 to find out my order was marked as completed? No one answered the speaker for a few minutes. Drove to the window to see a lady counting the drawer. She opened the window and said they were closed, I told her I had an order to pick up, she repeated that they were closing early at 12 tonight. She refused to make the order or issue a refund, even though I had PAID for it already and it was marked as completed. Is this illegal? I have worked in food service, if they planned to close early should they have turned off app ordering while starting to clean?(30 minutes min prior to early close?) She was the assistant manager according to her nametag, Evelyn.

Nasty ! The cashier handles money and your food all at the same time they like to run and "help pack your food " meanwhile they are not using gloves or washing their hands! I made several complaints and nothing has changed . As expensive as they are now they give you a sloppy burger 2 or 3 pieces of lettuce and it looks old the bread taste old I literally threw away the whole thing!

I was wondering what the actual hours are for this store . Normally when I go on a Thursday into a Friday ( midnight ) it’s closed already , however today I got there at 12:40 and it was open and I was served . Any clarification would be helpful , thank you ? . Great fries ?

Worst location rude evening staff, always mess up the app stuff, not helpful in the slightest, will never go to this location ever again they also steal rewards from the app when you try and use them I’d assume they use them their selfs cuz they put the order threw not canceling it
