I love all the ladies that work at this Carvel. They’re so nice whoever’s doing the hiring there is definitely choosing the best candidates for customer service. They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.
Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! What kid wouldn’t love an ice cream shop plus they have like the sweetest staff that works there

Nasty rude manager. Had an issue with my order where I PAID for my order online, when I went into the store they REFUSED to give me it. When I tried talking to her about it I was spoken down to and told “it wasn’t her problem” and she proceeded to cut me off and yell at me everytime I tried to speak calmly to her.
