Food is fine but I have never had to wait an hour for food before. Got there at my pick up time and they didn't even start cooking the food yet.

My favorite Chinese takeout for over 25 years since I had moved to Suffolk. Go with chicken and broccoli in white sauce and boneless BBQ ribs.

I do not recommend. I attempted to try them a few months back. I actually stood there for 20 minutes and never approached to place my order so I walked out. Today I went to my usual spot(Iseda) forgetting that they were closed on Mondays. So what the hell, I was in the mood for Chinese food so I'll give Chans another shot. The egg roll was soaked in oil and the wontons were thick and doughy. First and last time. Never again.

Food quality has improved over the years. Food was yummy, only complaint is that my egg roll was not drained, so it was sitting in a puddle of oil in the baggy, about 1/3 full..once dried off though perfectly

I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.

Chan's had been one of the better take out Chinese restaurants in the area. I'm not sure what changed but now they are average, at best. Wonton soup is good but the wontons are super firm, both the meat inside and the wrappers (way too firm). The pork egg rolls don't appear to have any pork, just a large sized spring roll. Sliced roast pork is dry and over cooked. Again, not horrible but nothing special.
