This was the second time I had to return my burrito bowl to the store because the brown rice was so stale and so hard I couldn’t eat it. The staff were so kind about it and they made me a new bowl with white rice instead. I’m not sure if management is telling the staff to give the brown rice to the customers even if it’s stale because the girl said “I’m so sorry I felt so bad giving that to you when you came in before”. In my head, I thought well why would you give it to me if you knew it was stale, but I don’t know if her management is telling her to give it to me because they don’t wanna waste the $.30 in rice always make sure if you’re getting brown rice from the store that you ask if it’s fresh. Again, all of the staff in the store are very kind. I don’t want to take that away from them, but I think that management needs to focus on the food quality.
Play, 4th time here, last time. Portions got smaller and smaller with each visit. I can make this myself. Skip this place, Ronkonkoma. I've never tried another I seriously doubt i ever will.
Expensive
Always a win 🏆
This was one of my favorite chipotle but the food is now underwhelming, got spoiled guacamole, red beans given for black beans and charred fajitas. The atmosphere is unwelcoming as employees joke around inappropriately in Spanish oblivious that others speak the language well. Disappointed in this location on portion road. This is my last trip here. Will never eat here again. So frustrating.
Staff is friendly.
Food isn’t great the rice is alway hard, not fully cooked and there were pieces of plastic in my meal. Not worth the $17!
The rice were so stale and hard, it like eating a rock. On the top of this it had a hair inside. Very nasty. I throwed the whole thing about. And definitely that wasn’t my hair because I have really long hairs.

Just picked up the new brisket in a burrito. Arrived home and upon eating I soon noticed that the brisket that was in the burrito was dried out, hard and almost inedible. Additionally, there were less than 10 pieces that were no larger than a pea. I guess that’s a good thing given the fact that it was old and cold. You pay extra for a limited offering and on top of that this location (Ronkonkoma) charges nearly $1.35 more for the same burrito over the location in Patchogue. This chain has gone down the toilet. Smaller and smaller portions (shrinkflation), high prices, lower quality and preparation of the food, poor service, etc.. It’s a shame because I used to enjoy having a healthy option for lunch on the road but I’m now dissatisfied and disappointed more times than not when ordering from the chain. Time to figure out another option.

I’ve been to almost every Chipotle on Long Island, by far this has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced.
1) Staff is miserable: They all look like they want to jump off a bridge; zero emotions whatsoever. Plenty of times I’ve been in this location I see the workers clearly laughing at patrons whether it’s something they order or something they’re wearing. This will be denied by staff of course but it’s a common theme I’ve noticed in my times in this particular location.
2) Terrible quality: Out of all the times I’ve been to this location, I’d say two I’ve received what I would describe “fresh” quality. Every other time I’m receiving half a scoop of the dried up steak remnants, pretty disgusting. But this is the least of the worries since you probably won’t even receive the full portion of what you’ve been given. Employees in this location need to hit the gym or something because their scoops are pretty weak, for a company charging a premium for quality fresh ingredients, you’re ending up just paying for the chipotle name. Cabo is a better choice by miles, actually fresh and heaping servings. Also like other comments are saying, you need to go in to see your food being made. Many times I’ve ordered delivery from this location or for pickup, I’ve received a laughable portion, or my favorite when I ordered double chicken and received none at all. This location is the epitome of the memes you see online.
To sum it up, this location is a joke at this point. Ive given it plenty of chances but all faith has been lost. Ownership has got to step up and do better.

Ironic that this location is on Portion Road when their portion sizes are subatomical at best. Chipotle as a chain is awesome but for this specific location there’s just something off about the chicken not tasting fresh at all. Really is a shame this place is marginally more expensive than other locations in town since this is my closest one. It’s around $2 more than the patchogue location 10 minutes away (if you’re ordering chicken and guac). Also there is around a 70% chance some of your rice will be undercooked so make sure you brace yourself for chewing pebbles from some of your bites. This place gets 2 stars because chipotle as a chain is stellar but I’d advice the Patchogue or Bohemia locations if you want larger portions and save a few bucks sparing yourself a stomachache.
Upon walking in, I would say that I was greeted by probably the most miserable staff I have come into contact with, but the word "greeted" is an overstatement. The staff acts like you are inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. If that isn't bad enough, these people cannot even do their one job properly which is wrap a burrito. You'll end up with a double-wrapped pile of mush wrapped in foil. They also don't seem to understand the words "just a little bit", and will give you an entire ladel full of spicy salsa regardless of your requests. Just when you don't think the vibes in this place can get any more shot, you will go to take a seat just to find all of the chairs in the place stacked when it isn't even close to closing time. In order to sit and eat, you will have to retrieve your own chair from the stack. While eating, you'll get to listen to the metal clashing all over the kitchen, representative of the disgruntled behavior of the employees. And you will occasionally see a customer come in to retrieve a mobile order, met by the rudeness of the staff. After eating your stingy-made meal, you can finally leave which is the best part of this chipotle experience.
There usually good but always forget my chips ordered today order #273 may 28th 6:48pm
No chips??
Repeatedly 3$ and 3$ over and over again wasted
Twice, I went here around 7p and they were out of SOFRITO each time and said there was nothing they could do about it. I’m confused do they not have sofrito in case it runs out? Closing isn’t until hours later. I am never returning and will never eat at chipotle again bc this is ridiculous. Don’t get me started on their portions
