The food service was good, and the employees were nice and it was ambiance And even though it took us a few minutes to get a Diet Coke and the interior was a bit dirty it was still really good

Ok so went to chipotle and I believe his name was Jacob, helped us with our order… the line was out the door he was working by him self AND KILLIN IT ! Jacob thank you sooo much for being so kind & also moving fast under pressure . Jacob needs an award haha. I don’t live in the area but I will definitely be back .

Get a woman working in there!!!! Those boys don't know how to cook, don't know how to keep the food stocked & don't know how to make a bowl. They had 6 employees working and it was running as if they had 1. It was a horrible experience.

Ordered chicken bowl, got a vegan bowl. When I came in all that was said is “you said vegan bowl” - except I didn’t, I said chicken bowl, white rice, no beans.Too automatically assume it’s vegan because you don’t hear me or ask me is insane. God awful customer service and to charge 11.57$ for a bowl of rice, lettuce, and cheese is ridiculous. I assumed it was chicken because it’s the chicken price…Didn’t matter anyway since he put so much hot sauce the food tastes like garbage anyway. I’ll stick to other locations.

My husband and I went there last night at around 8:15 pm and you would have thought the place was about to close for the day. We both ordered a burrito bowl and tacos and were asked what rice we wanted, when we said white, they asked the cook if there was anymore white rice and he shook his head no, so our only option was brown rice (which wasn't even cooked fully). Then my husband asked for steak and they told him they didnt have anymore steak. As were asking for our toppings I can see everything looks so messy. When we get to check out I was going to ask for one of those new fresca drinks but saw that they were on a cart about to be put away. I'm confused aren't you supposed to be open until 10pm? Regardless, we paid and as we are about to leave we see the cook putting steak on the grill and bringing out more white rice. This was RIDICULOUS! We've ordered from here before and never really had an issue. I think management needs to start being a bit more strict or need to get a clue to what is happening in their location. This was a very disappointing experience.

This store is so careless. I typically order online and every single time I do, they find a way to mess it up. I have a very simple order. They always forget something critical or add something I didn't want. This store does not care about their online orders and it shows. This has been going on for so long. PLEASE JUST READ THE ORDER AND STOP RUSHING!!!!!!!!!! So aggravating. Then, you try to call and it sends you to a robot answering machine with no option to even talk to a human. Every time they get it wrong I have to go back out. I'm sick of this.
The staff is very friendly, the food is cooked well & the place was very clean. This is probably the best Chipotle I've been to in a while.

I do Doordash. Every time I come to take an order it takes 15-20 minutes. It happened again today. and she almost threw it in my face when she handed me the order. There is no smiling face among the conflicting staff. There is a terrible staff.
