Never order this off uber eats or DoorDash. No matter what you order they will just make you a Philly cheesesteak. Has happened over 5x. Apparently they can’t read and you have to verbally speak and direct the toddlers over there to make your food. Do better.

The Stickball sandwich is phenomenal. I always add turkey to it. The combo of provolone, salami, ham and turkey ooff ahh. My only gripe is the price for added turkey $6 😂! The place is clean and the smell of bacon cooking as you walk in is amazing.

Go to this place for really great subs. We order lunch here all the time and the selection is always plentiful, fresh
and the hero’s are delicious.

Came in for a giant Philly Cheese Steak with Swiss, and the young man made an Awesome hero, I’ve had many there at Ronkonkoma, but this time was the Best!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Walked in to order for a family of 6 at 7:45 pm- four employees were there. One gentleman was sweeping the floors while the other three were sitting around chatting. I asked if I could order, since no one greeted me or acknowledged me being present. One young man stood up from a table with his cup of ice, shook it, and walked behind the counter while announcing to the girl at the register “I THOUGH WE WERE F’N DONE”. Both he and the girl at the register walked in back and proceeded to talk about me loudly. The other two employees made faces at each other when they heard the other two discussing my outfit and my presence loudly in the back… The boy sweeping continued to sweep, and the other young man hopped behind the counter and asked what I wanted. I asked if he had turkey and bacon- to which I was told “no”. I then told him I’d leave since I was inconveniencing him even though their website states they close at 8:30. Nothing further was said.
I walked out- and will never come back. Save yourself the frustration and drive 10 minutes down the road to the other sub shop….

Ordered a turkey and provolone with extra meat cheese, mayo lettuce tomato, and was delivered a regular sized sub with only meat cheese and mustard.

Just picked up a couple of sandwiches at Jersey Mike's in Ronkonkoma. They're getting a delivery and a big 18-wheeler is backed up right to their front door. Almost blocking people from able being able to come in and order lunch. I did walk in anyway and the manager seemed to want to take my order so I started rattling off what I wanted and he basically just interrupted me Midway through and didn't listen to the rest of what I said. He walked in the back to take the stock from the truck delivery. A girl then took over my order and she was much nicer but the manager was terrible. How rude just cut me off and didn't care anything about me. Didn't even say I'm sorry I just have to take this delivery or I'm sorry I cut you off. He was just rude as can be.

Do not eat here me and my gf ate here and there was a dead bug in her sandwich and the store is dirty do not eat there I will never be going back
