I always have a problem with their lack of not paying attention to the order always something missing in my order most of the time drive thru and delivery.Bad service.I just called to complain about my order they hung phone on me without picking up!!If it wasn’t for the convenience of them being in my neighborhood I would go to another location.

I put in an Uber order they accepted and I got 1 thing out of several things ordered! If you won’t fulfill and order DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER!! ITS REALLY EASY, BUT THE IDIOTS TOOK THE ORDER AND I GOT A COLD ASS NASTY BURGER, rest of second meal and coffee

If you want to freezing cold apple pie, this is the place to come too. Next time I’ll save my money.
Check your receipts!!!! This place adds on charges EVERY TIME for things you don’t ask for. A dime here, a quarter there. One of the employees ADMITTED last time the manager has told them to do this. Today they added 25 cents for sweet and sour sauce we did not ask for. When I confronted the manager about why they keep adding on extra charges he was rude, and also said “I guess we are ripping you off”. When I asked if he would like to talk about how every time there’s an extra charge he refused to talk to me and walked away. This was the last straw. Whether it’s a nickel, dime or quarter doesn’t matter. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!

The last few months everytime I order fries, they half fill it. A few times I thought maybe it was an accident. I mean now it's everytime! There's a pattern. I asked one of the employees why do they keep doing this and they said the manager told them to. It's wrong! If you pay for large, then give me large. Not a large container with a small quantity.
