I always order the same breakfast sandwich, avocado and egg white sandwich. It's so good but this visit, it wasn't. It had a funny taste to it. I took 2 bites and threw the rest of the sandwich away. The food came out pretty and customer service was excellent.

I placed order on mobile app and added a tip. Staff at the counter in back were rude to me. I followed the directions on the app to the shelf to pick up my order and nothing was there so I went up to the counter and told them my name was Olivia and they looked at the bags which they had all in front of them and said no. I told them it’s a large order $70. They then asked my last name and I told them and they said no no then ignored me as if I was not there and kept going about their business. They did not ask me what I ordered or anything to try to help me. Then I remembered when I created the app I was not yet married and I said what about my maiden name which I told them and then they handed it to me. On the bag it had the first initial O (for Olivia) and the last name following. Not for nothing but not many people have the first name starting with the letter O. I felt like they could care less about helping me and not sure why, but I probably would not go back. On the positive side my order was correct.

Great, beautiful staff & food. 👌👍✌️ Clean & friendly environment. Nice place to chill/work/study. Limited charging outlets available. First come first serve bro. You snooze, you lose. Music is a bit loud. I got the 'Value Duet Tuna Salad Sandwich & Tomato Soup'. Good deal. Plus, the 'Unlimited Sip Club' coffee to go along with it. (Monthly subscription needed) Lastly, a sweet and delicious blueberry muffin to seal the deal.👌✨✅

They don’t clean the place well. They made multiple mistakes with my family’s orders. They refused to fix my order because it wasn’t coming on their system, even though I got a mobile receipt. It was a waste of time

For what they charge for a half sandwich and diet soda you would think they could keep the place presentable. The tables are sticky and wobbly and the overall cleanliness is extremely underwhelming.

Having worked at this location in the past (when they 1st opened in 2015), I know it well. Went in on a Saturday morning today, atmosphere quiet, staff friendly, customers polite & engaging in good conversation. Place itself kept clean & orderly. One word to describe: RELAXING! Enjoyed my order, cinnamon crunch bagel w/honey walnut spread & hazelnut coffee. Thanks for getting my day off to a great start! Keith

I go to Panera whenever I get the chance, eat and drink, I love Panera very much, but the experience I had today made me very sad, there was racism, branch employee Lilly did not want to give me a coffee cup even though I come to your store almost every day and I am a sip club member, and also although I have unlimited drink rights. Even though he took 4 dollars from me, he was racist
