We tried the Spooky Box for the Halloween season, and it did not disappoint! The pretzels were fresh, soft, and perfectly salty — such a fun and festive treat to share. It came with three dips: cinnamon, boo buttercream, and cheddar cheese, and each one was amazing. The cinnamon was definitely my personal favorite! Perfect for football Sundays, parties, or any fall get-together. The team was friendly and everything was super fresh — can’t wait to grab another box before Halloween! 🎃🥨

On Saturday, August 9th, we picked up an order that was placed a few days in advance for a 3:00 pick up. We arrived at about 3:10 and the order, along with many other orders (some with pick up times before ours), were not ready. It took another 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready. The staff seemed to be a bunch of young kids who didn’t really seem to care much about their job (2 giving high fives for twisting pretzels, not greeting anyone, one looking super bored). They also were turning away walk ins. I’m not sure if it was a staffing issue or an over booking issue, but it was a really unfortunate situation. The pretzels were great, as usual, but the service was not good.

Dude, these could be some of the worst hot dog pretzel bites I have ever had in my entire life. It was $6 for three. What I thought was going to be pigs in a blanket so to speak but they turned out to be these repulsive hot dogs inside of some sort of a pretzel and they were not made out of beef. I believe they were made out of chicken. It was like picture the worst dollar store hot dog you have ever seen now you're paying $6 for three half sized ones wrapped in horrible pretzel dough. I was also told they would have cheese, they did now. World's worst.
