I placed an order at 11:15am to be picked up at 5:10 and when I got there at 5:15 it wasn't ready and was told it would be another 15 minutes. While waiting they filled 2 walk in order for my exact order while I waited. This was not the first time I have encountered this. I believe I will not be a future customer

The staff is super friendly and accommodating! The pretzels are always soft, tasty, and warm. We love all of the flavors of dips available too and even when the one we wanted wasn't ready to go, they made it for us right then and there. Excellent customer service!!

Dina. Lisa.I’ve been coming to Philly pretzel factory in Ronkonkoma since they opened. I love the way the pretzels taste.May not be the best for my health, but a treat is always nice whenever I come. The people here are friendly and helpful. If you want a special treat, come on Wednesday and you’ll meet two of the best people around.Dina and Lisa have the energy and the positivity to just make your day. You walk out of here with some good pretzels and a smile on your face...
