We ordered catering trays from The Rolling Smoke Food Truck for a surprise party, and everything was absolutely amazing! We got chicken, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, and cornbread—and every single dish was delicious. The food was a huge hit with our guests!

Brandon was incredibly helpful when I placed the order. I was planning for 30 people, and he gave great recommendations on what to get, which made the process super smooth. On the day of the event, their team was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure the surprise wasn’t ruined during delivery—they were so thoughtful!!

Their service was truly impeccable. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for any event!

BEST RIBS EVERRRRR!!!! Very nice men running the truck, you can definitely tell they care about what they do. Ribs were soooooo delicious, best we have ever had. Their BBQ sauces need to be bottled and sold we were obsessed!!! Haven’t been able to find great quality BBQ around here for awhile and so happy we found it!

Just booked a catering with Brandon at Rolling Smoke Grill, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From the start, Brandon was incredibly kind, patient, and honest, helping me figure out exactly how much food I needed without ever trying to upsell or overcharge. The delivery was just as smooth, with a young lady bringing everything in and setting it up perfectly. And the food? Unreal. The pulled pork, brisket, and chicken were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and every single side was to die for. You can tell they put real passion into their barbecue. Plus, they were always easy to reach, answering all my questions leading up to the event. If you're looking for top-notch catering with incredible food and even better service, Rolling Smoke Grill is the way to go!

Vegetarian options: I was originally was thinking of having the truck come for the party, but I didn't have enough people. Brandon informed me though that there were vegetarian options as my daughter is a vegetarian and I wanted to make sure she had something to eat as well! Super accommodating.

Rolling smoke is the best food I’ve ever had! It tastes like that long lost and now discovered childhood memory that brings you back to simpler times. I would recommend everything on the menu. I come here fairly frequently and everything is always cooked to perfection. The brisket sandwiches are to die for perfectly moist with buttery toasted buns as well. The meats melt in your mouth with the perfect amount of flavor and zip in every bite. The truck is owned by a young business man Brandon, and I can say he runs his business to flawlessly making sure every customer is valued and appreciated like Family. As well as everything is warm and served on time. Rolling smoke thank you for all the food and compassion in your craft you have found yourself a life long customer.

Brought my friend from out of town to Rolling Smoke last night. As always, Brandon delivers! We bought a platter or chicken and pulled pork to bring with us to a party. Both were a huge hit.

I went here yesterday while at Fink's Farm, while out with friends. I tried the pulled pork platter, with the corn bread and mac. I loooove pulled pork, and this was the best pulled pork I've ever had in my life! I'd have to say it might even be (slightly) better than my mothers! As for the sides the mac is very savory and definitely quite filling. The corn bread melts right in your mouth, like a snowflake on first snowfall. I would definitely go back with the whole family! It was worth the wait!

Two platters worth going to my dog w the Mac nd cheese and everybody at my house mad at me saying it stinks in here it really is terrible it smells like 5 gallon of wet dog food ? I feel like I’m bouta throw up like it wasn’t bad already after I tried it, feel sick to my stomach I’m so glad I thank god I didn’t feed this to my daughter worst $55 dollars I’ve spent in my life!!!!!! I should get a refund for this honestly? it has to be bad if I’m here writing a review cause I nvr post reviews ever & I went through the trouble of opening an account ??‍♂️

I’m just going to say I was highly disappointed ? I was going to say everything I disliked but I don’t want you guys looking bad it isn’t necessary but please if your going to put platter on ur menu atleast accompany it with some rice not just a container w few pork pieces??‍♂️ the fries were good

Ordered catering a week and a half prior to our baby shower. Was a pleasant phone call and had follow on conversations regarding confirmation of food and location. The food arrived on time, plenty warm, and a great portion. The taste was delicious as can be! Highly recommended for any event where you love some authentic bbq...you need to order the Mac and Cheese as well!

Either these guys are really good at hide and seek or they are lying about being located at the listed address at the times they have listed as being open. Phone’s also a dud. Nothing beats wasting your time to show up to a place that doesn’t exist.

You obviously know you’re being deceptive because it lists hours and a location all while multiple other reviews complained of the same thing.

Brandon and the rest of the Rolling Smoke crew are AMAZING!!!!

My wife and I had Rolling Smoke Cater our wedding because the food is SOOO GOOD. We had them give us EVERYTHING on the menu pretty much and there is nothing bad to say.

Brandon’s customer service is phenomenal! Very attentive and available. Answered every call and text immediately, answered every question, accommodated EVERY request, gave PERFECT recommendations on serving proportions.

Delivered HOT AND READY with NO issues.

Every single one of or guests (about 75 people) went crazy over the food. The cornbread, the Mac n cheese THE SPARE RIBS and THE BEEF SHORT RIB completely ravaged.

We hired 3rd party servers who do weddings and events all the time and have been in business for a long time. THEY were amazed by the food, saying they will FOR SURE recommend Rolling Smoke in the future for their clients and pickup from there themselves.

We will be seeing you again! And Again and again.
