I went in to this establishment this morning, as I entered I first noticed that the place was clean, then as I observed further, they definitely were organized by how much product was out thus emphasizes freshness, the front counter girl was very outgoing and had a personality to match, so far so good, I ordered a hungryman breakfast hero, a cup of coffee, and drinks. The order was handled in a timely manner, and the hungryman was actually the way a hungryman was supposed to...
I got bagel and coffee from this location. One thing I have to say is that the customer service is really great!!. They care and value every customer. Very polite and more importantly they value your value and appreciate your business. Thus I would really tell everyone to support small, family run business like these to provide encouragement to them and show our appreciation for their hard work!!
This place is truly amazing, the people that work here are so kind hearted and made the experience so much better than the typical “New York” experience - especially as someone not from here. I would come again and again every time I come back to New York for a trip! The food being delicious is the cherry on top, obviously. But when you have good people providing good food and good service, it makes it all worthwhile. 1000/10. ❤️
