Not only was I charged extra açaí for a half a bowl, Angelina refused to put my phone number in for my points. She also refused to cut a mango for my bowl. Nasty attitude, and extremely unprofessional. SoBol, you need to do better with your hiring.

The smoothies are disgusting. We ordered a strawberry banana and a peanut butter cacao. We each had one sip and threw it straight to the trash. $22 for one sip of garbage. I personally ordered the strawberry banana and it tasted like the bananas were not ripe and the strawberries were thrown in with the stems on them. I imagined fruit I cut up myself would taste sweeter than this; there’s zero reason it tastes like dirt. I also took a sip of the PB cacao bc I thought something had to be wrong with just mine and that was also nasty. WORSE than mine. Maybe the fruit is sitting in the freezer too long or the employees can’t decipher what a ripe banana should feel like but we won’t be trying it again.

I was shopping at the Florist next door I was in the mood for something light and healthy so I stopped in here for the first time. Needless to say WOW loved the Acai Bowl. The granola was my favorite part. I have been to other smoothie spots before but this one had the best granolla for sure. I will be back.

I buy 3 super greens smoothies they came super late they served everyone even some people who came after us so it’s only one smoothie I was order all the time to day 07.13.2025 o was order like usual and after super late service I went to the car and taste my smoothie it’s was horrible firstly I can taste mango it’s don’t seeet at all and super sour when I ask why it’s taste like that the employee guy told me if I want blend more blend what ? If you don’t have ingredients don’t mixer up and give people at least try first if it’s taste good u can’t treat people like that I literally pay and throw to garbage thank u so much I never again visit this place

I went to redeem the birthday acai bowl and requested chocolate chips for which I was charged an additional $2.70. The order I received had no chocolate chips yet I was charged for the topping. The corporation did refund me the charge after I emailed their support team.
