I buy 3 super greens smoothies they came super late they served everyone even some people who came after us so it’s only one smoothie I was order all the time to day 07.13.2025 o was order like usual and after super late service I went to the car and taste my smoothie it’s was horrible firstly I can taste mango it’s don’t seeet at all and super sour when I ask why it’s taste like that the employee guy told me if I want blend more blend what ? If you don’t have ingredients don’t mixer up and give people at least try first if it’s taste good u can’t treat people like that I literally pay and throw to garbage thank u so much I never again visit this place

I went to redeem the birthday acai bowl and requested chocolate chips for which I was charged an additional $2.70. The order I received had no chocolate chips yet I was charged for the topping. The corporation did refund me the charge after I emailed their support team.

Today was my first time coming into Sobol. The girl who helped me, who I believe is the manager, was so kind and attentive. She explained each item in great detail and she even let me sample each flavor blend ! I wish I grabbed her name but she had short blonde hair, tall and had piercings. My bowl was deliciously made and the service was excellent. Such a great treat - I will definitely be back!

I usually go to the Sobol in Patchogue and Sayville. I was in the area and decided to try the Lake Ronkonkoma location. Several people ahead of me were ordering shakes and I thought that I might go back and get a shake. I ordered a regular açai bowl. It was made while I waited and the service was prompt. The restaurant was clean.. When I open the bag and checked it out, I noticed that there were large chunks of strawberry and banana, typically they’re sliced a lot thinner, and there was not that much granola, there was coconut and a little bit of honey on top. I was disappointed.

I just went into this location again to order my shake since the incident below and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were engaging they smiled. They read the order back to me and so I did want to share this because it’s important that we notice the change and recognize it. I appreciate that the owner and Sobol Corporate took the time to address this situation below and help make the next experience amazing. Because of that I had to change the review of five star stars because that’s what this visit deserved. I also received a gift card in the mail from corporate, which I thought was an amazing and good customer service.
I go into this Sobol weekly. Usually, I see the same staff on the particular day I go. Recently on Sundays there have been a group of staff, younger generation and not professional. This week I went in, the staff made my shake that I get every time, but it was too thin. I never had it made this way. So I said, I'm so sorry, can you make this thicker or add to it? She said no we can't because you already took a sip. I laughed in my head and said yes I did, how would I have known it was thin? She took the shake back and made a new one that was much better. Not a 5 but better. If looks could kill from these kids, I would be dead on the floor in the store. The service was so disappointing. The owner should focus on Customer Service Training and hiring kind people. I understand the younger generation has no work ethic but we have to set higher expectations on them. I am a business owner over 20 years and my staff would never be allowed to act like this. I hope the owner can train her staff to be nicer. Especially when you are charging almost 18 dollars for a very berry shake with protein and peanut butter added.

The store is very clean and good food. However when you walk in if your cellphone is in your hand the staff autamatically ask if your picking up. Not everyone is a Delivery Person and Staff should be Respectfull to all by just saying Hello how may I help you. Ty?

It appears that there’s a “manager” there with blonde hair and piercings that does not favor law enforcement/military discounts, which isn’t a problem because it’s only a small percentage off. However, I’ve been coming to this location for years and all of a sudden this one person tells me one day that they do not honor the discount anymore. I come in sometime a week after that and asked for the discount and a different employee honored it, I’m assuming she’s a manager because she did not ask anyone for a code she just plugged it in for me. I’m sure if it wasn’t a manager, she would’ve had to ask the manager for her to plug in her approval code. Now, I come in today and see the same manager that tells me that the location doesn’t honor the discount anymore which is a whole lie because I literally just received it after she told me they stopped. If your store isn’t doing well in sales, trust me, a law enforcement/military discount code saving you $1.30 isn’t going to save your store tremendously. This attitude is disgusting and I don’t recommend anyone of service to support this location
