I went to redeem the birthday acai bowl and requested chocolate chips for which I was charged an additional $2.70. The order I received had no chocolate chips yet I was charged for the topping. The corporation did refund me the charge after I emailed their support team.
Today was my first time coming into Sobol. The girl who helped me, who I believe is the manager, was so kind and attentive. She explained each item in great detail and she even let me sample each flavor blend ! I wish I grabbed her name but she had short blonde hair, tall and had piercings. My bowl was deliciously made and the service was excellent. Such a great treat - I will definitely be back!
I usually go to the Sobol in Patchogue and Sayville. I was in the area and decided to try the Lake Ronkonkoma location. Several people ahead of me were ordering shakes and I thought that I might go back and get a shake. I ordered a regular açai bowl. It was made while I waited and the service was prompt.
