Not the most friendly charged me for something I was many to get free by mistake and got upset that I asked for the money back. They said I should tell them I had a code next time. Mistakes happen but don’t blame me for forgetting. I told you at the speaker. Fries were cold

I bought breakfast this morning through the drive thru. I had to wait for my honey buddy biscuit sandwiches because the chicken wasn't ready. That wasn't the issue. When I reached home my sandwich wasn't on a biscuit but on a regular roll with honey.My dads sandwich was on a biscuit. They could've just told me they ran out or didn't want to make more biscuits. I would've understood and opted for a burger.Im very understanding person,But I wasn't given the choice. I guess they was hoping I didn't notice until I got home and that worked in their favor. I wasn't driving all the way back. I don't want the sandwich. It tastes horrible. I know to open my sandwiches for future references. I probably won't go back ,I don't want to have another issue.

$0.50 Cents for a sauce is absurd. Wendy’s is already losing in the fast food business and this will surly drive customers further away. Can’t see how the Wendy’s brand will last.

I stopped by 10/30 @7:19 pm as I walked in the cashier looked at me hissed her teeth and rolled her eyes without me even open my mouth I then asked why did you hissed your teeth at me she respond I can take your order. I gently nodded and smiled then told her nevermind Im not sure what her reasoning was but I left But I do hope its not because im black

I ordered a bunch of food... Several fries, nuggets, burgers, drinks, ect.... But when I asked for a SINGLE BBQ sauce for the all those fries and stuff I was told I can't have ANY extra besides the single one for each chicken nugget?! Are you kidding me?! I just spent all that money and you can't even give me a sauce for my fries are you kidding?! This places quality has dropped into the floor with dry buns and overcooked fries and their greed is insane! I've spent easily 30-60$ a week buying this after work every single day.... But I'm done if that's the disgusting practice we're dealing with.... Add that the place always has a weird vibe and hostile employees? And I can't imagine how this place is still in business
Cashier who rang up my order proceeded to place food in my bag without washing her hands, Ashma the manager there should be fired after handling food like this. Unprofessional behavior at this location and it’s not the first time I’ve seen this. Also found a massive hair imbedded in my double stack. This location is disgusting and does not prioritize cleanliness at all.

This is the worst design stop taking menus away you gave me a catalog that 30 other people touched today to look through this is gross and disgusting it is the worst atmosphere whoever is designing the new restaurants is dumb
