Future Lakewood Ruby Tuesdays. One of the managers there is one of the biggest jerks I have ever known. He'll lie to you about your food and
would convince people water is actually a solid, if he knew he'd get away with it.

Curbside pickup said meal would be ready at 6:30. They didn’t come out until 6:55. They charged me for breadsticks, but didn’t have any. They didn’t refund me or offer any replacement, just acted like it was normal. Didn’t apologize for having me wait 30 minutes. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience with Applebee’s in Jamestown, NY.

I placed a carry-out order through Uber Eats and arrived at the restaurant expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I was met with confusion, indifference, and honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced — and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade.

When I walked in, I stood politely behind guests being seated. Several employees passed me without acknowledgment. After about five minutes, I asked someone for help and was told to go stand “under the TV” in the middle of the restaurant — yes, in the middle of a walkway — with absolutely no signage or direction. I stood there awkwardly, feeling stared at by every table around me, while employees continued to avoid eye contact.

Eventually, I asked another staff member, who coldly said, “That’s not me, but I’ll find someone.” She returned a few minutes later, again without looking at me, and just pointed vaguely toward a high-up shelf in a staff-only area and said, “That’s yours.” No name check, no confirmation, no professionalism.

I retrieved my order myself from behind the counter like I was stealing it, all while patrons continued watching me like I didn’t belong there. The entire experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like a burden just for picking up food I paid for.

If you're deciding between Applebee’s and another local restaurant — do yourself a favor and choose the other place. I know I will from now on.

Absolutely terrible. Gave me good poisoning been running to the bathroom back and forth all night. Asked for 2 well done steaks and got undercooked steaks with undercook green beans. The toilet is my friend right now smh. Don't get food from here

Always good to take out

About a month ago we had the $9.99 burger/sandwich, endless fries deal and it was delicious. The beef was some of the best I have ever tasted. Nice, thick, pink in the middle burger with wonderful flavor. We returned tonight (5/8/25) for the same meal and the burger was awful! It was a greasy, overcooked, smashed burger. The grease just dripped out of the burger; I ordered pink in the middle and this was very thin and overcooked. I will hesitate to order this ever again.

A good Applebee's experience . Consistent as usual. Friendly server. Even though she was given a very large group after we sat down she made sure the entire section was taken care of

Sizzling experience

Poor service. Wanna thank the server, Nicole P. For that. Got something wrong on all the orders. Rolled her eyes at us when we mentioned it and shook her head as she walked away. Didn't bring straws when we asked, and one of the kitchen staff had to grab them. Tried to uncharge us for a side order, claiming we ordered something else. We usually dont have an issue here, but we will make sure we aren't in her section again.

Only reason only 4 stars, it cost me $240 to take my wife, daughter, and 3 grandsons to dinner!
