Great ice cream
Their chocolate peanut butter ice cream is delicious! I always get two scoops of that on a cake cone. They close on Oct 5, 2025 so plan accordingly!
The ice cream is fantastic, but the incredibly rude ladies serving it ruin the experience, unfortunately. They have a very poor attitude and terrible customer service. The one blonde woman at the window was rolling her eyes at everyone in line while taking orders, from senior citizens to children, acting like she didn’t want to be there and making snotty remarks.
Best ice cream in town
The ice cream is perfect, both the soft serve and hard ice cream. The flurries are my fave. My only suggestion is FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WEAR BUG SPRAY IF YOU'RE GOING AT DUSK. No exaggeration, I sustained 13 mosquito bites in under 10 minutes. What does this have to do with the ice cream? Nothing. But us ice cream loving babes need to look out for one another, so stay safe out there. 🍦✌️
Great ice cream.
The ice cream was good, but the service was poor. The girl working the window tonight was incredibly rude - rolling her eyes, annoyed by customers, clearly didn’t want to be there. They also charged extra for something we didn’t order.

Big Tree Soft Serve Ice cream is my favorite local ice cream place. High recommend to check them out! My favorite flavor is the hot fudge brownie sundae!

Quicker than usual. There tends to be a long wait because the employees are helping the walk up customers and the drivers be thru customers.
