The ice cream was good, but the service was poor. The girl working the window tonight was incredibly rude - rolling her eyes, annoyed by customers, clearly didn’t want to be there. They also charged extra for something we didn’t order.

The soft serve twist machine has been broken most of the summer,. It's my grandmother's favorite ice cream, she don't get out much. . But, the last 2 times I brought her there, they gave her a floppy blob unfrozen soft serve. It fell in her lap last time and I could tell she wanted to cry on the way home.. the place makes plenty of $$ and they're aware of the problem.. very disappointed!?

We go to Big Tree at least once every summer we visit from out-of-state & have never been disappointed in the slightest. Arguably some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Prices are very fair, especially given the portions they serve. Service is also always friendly & they work through lines very efficiently. Overall, if you are anywhere in the area, Big Tree is a must visit! Just make sure you bring cash as they don’t accept debit ✌?
