I usually love BB because they offer a gluten free menu for my daughter. However, I did get the Cesar salad and it was lacking in a big way. They used yellowed chopped iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and it was obviously old. The lettuce was bitter, had about 5 croutons on the side, and Parmesan cheese (possibly from a can) that one might use on a pizza vs. freshly grated. The dressing was on the salad but definitely needed more. I requested more dressing and never brought any until we ready to leave. I ended up leaving pretty much the whole salad because I knew I wouldn’t bother eating it at home. Our waitress was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her meal so I thought twice about posting anything. I decided to post because a fresh salad is pretty much impossible to screw up unless you are using old produce or poor substitutes. I know my waitress would have fixed it if I had said anything but in reality it should have never left the kitchen knowing this was not fresh produce.

Honestly the food was great. But last Tuesday around 6 pm my mom, son, and I came in for dinner. From the start, the server asked how many and then tried to hand me the booster seat for us to sit..I was like... where should we sit? She then got the hint to show us where or something.. then the waitress I feel was racist to white folks. Everyone in there that was not white was waited on beautifully. People that came in AFTER us where getting served first, constantly asked how things were. Beverages, refills etc. We finally asked about an HOUR and 15.mins later where our food was? And we got a very snarky remark back and finally got the food. Like we get it. She was racist. But if you're foing to work customer service and waitress atleast pretend you like your job? Right. She made the entire restaurant look bad when in reality it was just one crappy waitress.

The food took forever and my daughter’s Mac and Cheese looked like it was a pre made Kraft delight that was scraped out of the pan. Usually impressed with BB’s, but not on this occasion. Two large parties seemed to take precedence over smaller tables, even ones who had two young children waiting 🙃

(Boooooo...): I believe this restaurant could do so much better but the hires are piss poor and have arrogant attitudes. One positive is that it beats Fredonia and that's is not saying much.

Called Jamestown location. Placed order for Philly Cheese Steak ( to which the girl said they don't have on the menu). I asked if the menu on line was wrong. She put me on hold then came back and said menu is correct. I placed the order for Philly cheese steak. I was asked what I wanted as a side. I was given the options and told that Mac & Cheese was an extra $4. I said ok that's fine.
I actually got dried out Kraft Dinner That is a complete first to get Kraft dinner in a restaurant 🧐🧐

Good restaurant with good food. Love the tater tots with my beef in weck.my wife enjoyed her reuben. Service was a little slow, because they were busy, but not too bad.

My wife and I go there every Saturday night and of course we ask for Paige. She is great. She is part of the friendly atmosphere and we really enjoy the food. I do like Will the manager since he goes around and asks customers if everything is OK.

Always great service and delicious food. Our waitress Danielle was great,had a great smile,greeted us quickly and talked to us for a minute to share her favorite menu item. We will return. Thankyou Danielle for a great experience:) 10/10

Me and my family went to Buddy Brewsters for the first time and not only was the food amazing but our waitress Danielle was amazing! So sweet, great with my kids and made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend

The staff was awesome, Danielle and Paige were amazing and so much fun. Definitely would come back! Bubbles!!

Service was good, atmosphere is fine. Food is overpriced and not very good.
I ordered the $15 chicken potpie, and the crust on top was good although slightly overcooked. The "pie" was lacking; not much under the crust. No potatoes, hardly any chicken, really salty. I never finish a meal as I cannot eat very much, but I was able to finish what I was served.
My husband ordered a chicken melt, which was also overpriced with hardly anything in it.
Our beverages were diluted with club soda, a margarita and a coconut mojito.
I saw a great review, which is why we drove an hour to go here but would not go back or recommend, unfortunately.

Lackluster food, long wait times just to be seated and to wait for our food with minimal customers.

I got the pot roast dinner, was basically dog food on mashed potatoes. Not only that but they charged $20 a drink. After 2 entrees and an appetizer, the total came to $80 bills

Will never be back, not worth the prices, not worth the service for that cost.

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
