The team here can not get orders right to save their lives. After 3 wrong orders I went in to get my money back on a sandwich and was treated like trash. As if I was the one to mess up. The food is good, but not good enough to keep going and get crap service.

The staff here is incredibly rude. I was at the drive thru and informed them of my discount after placing the order. Upon arriving at the window, I was scolded by 3 workers and given dirty looks because they need to ring it up on a separate register. I ordered 1 item, it wouldnt have been a hassle to redo it. Or better yet, have one register that can take off the 10% ?. Either way, the location in Jamestown is worth the drive. The staff is much friendlier, and the food is made with more care. Also, there needs to be a medium between sundaes and super sundaes. The regular sundaes are disappointing and the super sundaes are unnecessarily large.

After traveling 40 miles one way to use a gift card , we were told there gift card reader or whatever wasn't working, I feel they could have offered to do something about it Manager was rude and told me maybe if I erre nicer. She'd have given me sonething. Paid 21 fir a fry order, drink and 2 burgers.

Service people not trained properly can't even add up using the register. Can't even take order without telling them my order 5 times. I had to tell tell the cost of each of the items I ordered. Then when they tried to give me my order it was wrong. I made the mistake after they gave me the bag not to check inside and found it was still the wrong order. I'm sorry but these kid's need to have a manager on duty all the time.

The food was good. We had a wait for our food and when we got it the fries and onions were not hot but warm. They were also out of a few of the most popular soft drinks.

Drove 1hr for 1st time and just the burgers we have been looking for. Everything was great. If I had to knock anything the fries could have been better but no big deal. Burger onion rings and pickles were excellent!!!!

The ice cream is delicious and they offer a variety of soft serve ice cream. The place is decorated in the 1950s Style restaurant motif with local pictures with local pictures of Lucille Ball since she's from originally Jamestown. They seemed quite busy and did their best considering the amount of traffic coming through the drive-thru and the walk-in.
Staff was so nice and helpful! Amazing quality food. Totally recommend!
