Thursday night my wife asked me to take her over for icecream.. we arrived 7 minutes before the posted close time. Lights were off, and staff was finishing their cleaning. Just poor customer service. I did get out and asked why they were closed before the advertised time. The sheepishly, look embarrassed but turned away and continued to clean. Not a great impression.

We have been coming here for several years....but this year we were disappointed in the service. My husband was short changed several dollars and when he questioned it the server became rude and corrected her error by slamming the amount of over charge on the counter. The location is convenient and the flavors are plentiful but the service needs improvement.

I was disappointed in the number of flavors this year. In past years, we would go to The Shack to find flavors that weren't available at other ice cream locations. That is not the case this year.
