We have been coming here for several years....but this year we were disappointed in the service. My husband was short changed several dollars and when he questioned it the server became rude and corrected her error by slamming the amount of over charge on the counter. The location is convenient and the flavors are plentiful but the service needs improvement.
I was disappointed in the number of flavors this year. In past years, we would go to The Shack to find flavors that weren't available at other ice cream locations. That is not the case this year.
We like visiting ice cream stands , and we enjoy this one. The only reason for the 4 star rather then the five star is the fact that there cone selection could be improved. They have a regular wafer cone and then a sugar cone , but they are about the same size. So if you get a large 3 or 4 scoop cone , good luck. It's gonna be on a very small cone . Your almost forced to pay the extra 25 cents for the cup and spoon. I don't know about you but when I go out to a stand...
