This is our favorite place to eat. It's a shame with this economy that the price home makes it almost impossible to afford to eat here. It's maddening the percentage the prices have been jacked.

Staff was very unhelpful when my online order got messed up. Instead of offering a solution they were slightly rude and were no help. There were many solutions to the problem that weren’t offered by the staff. Now we aren’t eating what we had wanted and will be extremely disappointed when the food arrives.

Everything was really and the managers was helpful with my check until I said no to doing the survey she did it anyway and gave them a perfect review I have a huge problem with this cause there is no such thing as perfect for one and for 2 when I say no to doing a survey that means noThis is totally unacceptable and I will never be back to this red lobster ever again

Group of 6 went for dinner on a Thursday night. I was so disappointed in my experience this visit. I got the choose 3 shrimp, and had to pay extra for a salad to go with. Ive never had to do that before. It was always a standard option. Also, the shrimp Alfredo was just sauce on top of noodles, not mixed at all, and the shrimp scampi were very small and looked just so unappealing. I was surprised at my experience! Walt's shrimp were fine and of course the biscuits. . . I was not impressed. My sister got fish fry, it was very small from times passed, especially for the price. Things need to improve before we come back.

The food was wonderful as always but the service really sucked the waitress, Kaylee G we had was also the bartender for the night because they were short staffed and she's trying to do two jobs at once which did not work out well and that's to blame on the general manager it took us 20 minutes to get our drink order and then another 20 minutes for her to take our order for food and then she disappeared for an hour and a half to work at the bar and two other waitresses (Anna Marie) had to take over her job which was not right for them because they had their own tables to do.So very dissatisfied with the service I will be back there again but it will be a while until I know that they have a full staff working for a Saturday night.
I had a great meal here. The server made some great food suggestions that were really good.

Spent almost $200 on food and it was all a disappointment. The biscuits were stale every time she brought them, the endless popcorn shrimp made us sick. The lobster duo was bland, the butter was cold and hard to dip the lobster in and the calamari was way tok greasy. My girlfriend got food poisoning from here after eating the food so something she ate wasent right. Service was good though!
