i was hoping to come to taco bell to have a good meal today and that is not what i got. I got to taco bell and ordered my food and when it came out, it’s not what i asked for; i asked for a burrito with no tomato’s and i got tomato’s all over it and our order was twisted all around, everything was wrong somehow and we had to go back and ask for the drinks we actually ordered. they’re really slow, the environment was really disgusting, not cleaned down what so ever and we had to clean the table ourselves. i’m really disappointed. i'm never going to make a trip here again. this place was an okay establishment before but something has changed here and it’s for the worse. the workers were in the back blasting music with swear words while there were multiple kids here and every time someone looked back there they were doing nothing. i’ve also had to get a refund for a food item and they refused to give it to me when i came back another time.

Store is not cleaned to standard. Food was prepared incorrectly and was not complete. Asked for order to be fixed and still was given the wrong food. Customer service was not great at all. Regional manager should be in to look at this store. Absolutely disgusting!!

Wish they knew how to make an actual Mexican pizza salsa chips smooshed together low blow to taco bell today. I know what Mexican pizza tastes and looks like and it most certainly isnt chips stuck together its like a flatbread with meat cheese and sauce and well this is just very disappointing. Dont think ill be eating here again ive lost my appetite.

Ex-employee here, I will say that this restaurant compared to other taco bell's in the area has speed, accurately making orders on time, doordash speeds are very fast, and management, and front counter service rules. If I was a customer, that liked this type of food, I'd heavily rely on this store compared to others.
Told the cashier numerous times I'm allergic to avocado.had to have to power bowls remade because they put guacamole on them. Told him then I was allergic. Never once did they tell me the wrap I bought had avocado ranch on it. I only took one bite. Thank goodness. Realized my mistake immediately and went and got medicine. When I called all they could say is we talked to him. And then asked what they could do for me. Idk reimbursement maybe. I won't eat there again. Did I mention this is the second time. The first time I caught it.

I haven't actually eaten at a Taco Bell in about 5 years. I kinda remember liking the Crunchyroll Supreme.. If it had 3x the meat. I was paving the parking lot fur a new Chipotle about 50 ft from our towns Taco Bell, which is why I think this prompt to review Taco Bell came up...lol anyway, I'm really Excited for the new Chipotle! I've actually driven 40 miles to Erie to grab a couple burritos on more than two occasions. As long as THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION remembers who loves them, and paved their parking lot- and lays down the heavy protein when I order a Burrito-- I anticipate a long, loving relationship. And will definitely recommend to the rest of the Paving Crew. Don't skimp on my scoops!!!
