Literally went thru the drive thru and got our food. Great!! Asked for some mild sauce and he just continues on. I'm thinking he's going to grab some. He hands us the food and there was no sauce in the bag. I said can I have some type of sauce, any kind at this point because what's the point in eating taco bell if you don't have no sauce!!!! This dude literally gets a great big handful of the hot sauce and pushes it at my husband. I was p!ssed!!. I wanted to say something to him so bad but my husband did the right thing and just drove away. That kid definitely don't need to be working with people.

Food thrown together. Employees were loud, throwing stuff around, awful customer service, no manners and were loudly complaining about customers from the kitchen. Way too relaxed a work environment and I'd worry how they handle your food. Literally like 6+ guys all with a combined testosterone/IQ of a middle schooler. The newer TBell atmosphere also sucks. Touchpad ordering while the employees can't be bothered. Sterile and uninviting. They don't want you comfortable or sticking around.

Prices have gone up to an unfair amount. Every time I ask for extra cheese on anything I get charged for it and never get extra. They skimp on everything.
I only had one bad experience.....I ordered 3 tacos and they gave me 3 tacos but instead of meat they gave me some bean mush it was kinda gross but then I went back a week later and they got it right so idk what happened but that's the only bad experience I've had

Fast and helpful in making a decision for something to eat.
Absolutely terrible atmosphere, in addition to the 20 min wait. Took my small children in to get tacos. BATHROOMS ARE ATROCIOUS!!! Truck stops have cleaner facilities. It was dirty and the music playing for the public has tons of profanities. I am not saying I'm above listening to music with swear words, but in a family place, it's not acceptable. Please do better!! We love to grab a taco here and there with our family. Will go back and I hope that it has improved!
