I always come here right before I go into work and Everytime my food always gets burnt or it’s given to me solid as a rock you shouldn’t burn something and still give it too a customer it takes 2 minutes too re make a bagel

I stood in the wrong place to be served but no sign said that and was completely ignored by the entire staff of young people. There needs to be an adult to teach true customer service.

Ordered a coffee and was served ice cold, went back through and was handed back the same coffee. I returned it again and the cashier stuck it in the microwave for two minutes. Immediately put in trash

I noticed if I don't hit the busy hours in the morning I don't get what I asked for. If I go in the early morning hours or later in the day my drink order is messed up. For example, today I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, was charged for a peppermint hot chocolate and received a regular hot chocolate. I'm just going to stop going here because being consistently over charged for drinks adds up over time.
We stood in the lobby no one was at the counter. An employee walked by us never saying a word and waited on the drive through. Another employee came out of the backroom never said a word and started working on her stuff. It wasn't until a 3rd employee came out that we were even acknowledged.

We come here now and again and everytime we get a dozen donuts and ask for assorted. They never put jelly filled in it which is my favorite and it's never really an assortment. We get like 3 of one 3 of another 1 of another until its 12. When I think of assortment I think of 12 different donuts not multiples of the same kind of donut. They never put jelly filled in and it's always multiple Boston cream and those in my case are the worst and just taste all together nasty. Also I always have to go here because their app won't let you pick out a dozen to equal the same price as a dozen. It's always more money if you pick a dozen on the app. So my advice to whoever reads this DO NOT order a random assortment of donuts if you like certain ones. ALWAYS pick the donuts you want or you will never get what ur hoping for.
