Great ice cream and good roast beef sandwiches!
Great beef, good ice cream, very clean with good employees
Literally the worst drive-thru. Ive literally been sitting here for 20 mins waiting for a chicken finger basket while the kids that run the place socialize.
Had a beef on weck, which was excellent, but it did not look like photo. I expected a slightly larger sandwich meatwise for cost.
Solid place to go for ice cream. The custard is great here. The service is okay, not great. But most of them are youngsters so maybe they're just learning. We love their ice cream sandwiches to go. The season peach sundae wasn't all that great, not worth the extra money. I wish I ordered just their classic custard or something. Overall, I would recommend this ice cream spot.
There food is very good, but the drive-thru is so slow. Only compliant I have.
Extra horse radish wasn't fresh that Cheektowaga one sucks
Prices have gone up noticeably

Very slow. Everyone was taking care of the drive through while we stood inside at the counter for over 5 minutes just waiting to give our order.

To cold inside. Why would you want ice cream when it is so cold inside?

Amazing beef on kimmelweck
My family loves Anderson’s, but this location in Lancaster/Depew is not our usual spot. This past Halloween evening, I ducked in on a whim to grab a Chocolate Chip Big Wheel iced cream sandwich. I was greeted immediately by “John Wick” behind the checkout counter (reminder: It was Halloween! We commiserated on the treatment of his fictional character’s dog in the movie. The cheer in the establishment made me smile). When presenting the sandwich for payment at the counter, I also asked if it would be possible to pack it in a bag with some ice for travel purposes, since we were away from home and I didn’t know when it would be consumed. My strange request was happily accommodated.
What “John Wick” and his supervisor didn’t know was that the only reason I happened upon this location is because it is in front of the Animal Eye Care of WNY veterinary office (which is amazing, and for which I will endeavor to write a separate glowing review). Our pet had recently had a horrific injury to the eye, and we were waiting to pick it up from surgery. This iced cream sandwich, and the kindness and accommodation with which I was treated, helped to make the last 48 hours of our pet emergency less traumatic. Thank you, “John Wick,” and team, for uplifting us on a dark and exhausting day.
Also, either the pistachio or cinnamon soft serve are excellent. They rotate the flavors at each location and those are faves, check the web for weekly flavors.

Anderson's has always been a favorite, but today was very disappointing. My husband's sandwich was cold, and I got the bottom of the fry basket fries. Burnt and very crisp. 7 people working, and had to wait for our after meal ice-cream.
