Solid place to go for ice cream. The custard is great here. The service is okay, not great. But most of them are youngsters so maybe they're just learning. We love their ice cream sandwiches to go. The season peach sundae wasn't all that great, not worth the extra money. I wish I ordered just their classic custard or something. Overall, I would recommend this ice cream spot.

My family loves Anderson’s, but this location in Lancaster/Depew is not our usual spot. This past Halloween evening, I ducked in on a whim to grab a Chocolate Chip Big Wheel iced cream sandwich. I was greeted immediately by “John Wick” behind the checkout counter (reminder: It was Halloween! We commiserated on the treatment of his fictional character’s dog in the movie. Anderson's has always been a favorite, but today was very disappointing. My husband's sandwich was cold, and I got the bottom of the fry basket fries. Burnt and very crisp. 7 people working, and had to wait for our after meal ice-cream.
