We’ve been at Brazen a ton of times however each time we unfortunately feel like it’s declining. I’m gluten free and ordered my burger with a GF bun and no sauce and it came with a regular bun and sauce and I asked are you sure this is a GF bun? And she said yes but let me double check anyway. Came back with a gluten free bun on the same burger (cross contamination). Appetizer and sides were cold. We love the atmosphere but the food isn’t great anymore.

We had reservations for a large group Saturday evening. Most of our party left by 10pm and a few of us were wrapping up. The staff turned the lights off on us at 10:35pm with no warning! The hours are listed everywhere as closing at 11pm. We closed our tab and left, the staff said not a word to us. Disappointed by this service!

We had reservations for a large group Saturday evening. Our party went out of our way to help the staff by clearing our dishes and bringing them to the bar staff. Most of our party left and a few of us were wrapping up. The staff turned the lights off at 10:35pm with no warning, when the hours are listed everywhere as 11pm. We closed our tab and left, the staff said not a word to us. Such incredibly rude service

Banger place with killer brews and a solid kitchen! This is a legit, modern brewery with some delectable brews! Some crossover into the wine, mead, and cider side of things as well!

No available parking on a Thursday night, and it wasn’t even crowded. Customers began parking alongside an adjacent construction road that the manager yelled at us for doing. Staff was excessively slow all night. Waited over 5 minutes at the bar to get a side of ranch for my friend’s wife while 3 staff members just looked at me from the far side of the bar.
A small group of us came in last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Our server was nice & polite and we received our drinks fairly quickly once we ordered them. I can’t say the same for the food, we waited a little over an hour for our food to arrive. We were told the wait was due to the kitchen getting backed up due to a party upstairs. During the time we waited the server and another gentlemen (I’m assuming the manager) came up to us twice apologizing for the wait and telling us our orders will be up soon. I can understand a kitchen getting backed up with orders if there is a party they have to take care of but this one star review goes to the management at Brazen. If you knew there was going to be more guests to serve than you were prepared for, maybe for the people that had to wait over an hour to get their food you could comp them a drink or appetizer. We shouldn’t have had to pay full price for an awful service because you weren’t prepared. And again, I want to make sure you know that it is not the server’s fault or even the kitchen. Management should have made it right.

Waittress was great, drinks were great. Food was not good, lacking in flavor or cooked too well (chicken sandwich was tough). Food used to be great. Not sure what happened.

IPA selection was few but lots of other styles to choose from. Food was great. Highly recommend the fish tacos. Outdoor area had three large fire pits.

Always good beer and food. We've never had a bad meal at Brazen. They also have a nice variety of beer. Stouts are my favorite and brazen never disappoints.
