Very disappointing experience. Had a reservation for a family gathering (10 people) but arrived to find no table. The two tables they said they'd push together were in the very loud bar area. We asked the manager Michele, but she argued with us and said if we turned that down and sat outside, we could only sit in the sun. It was not busy and there actually were large tables in the shade, so we just insisted on sitting there. The food was OK, our server was nice, but one meal and one drink were missed and it took a long time for them to come. Shockingly ungracious management and average service made this a very negative experience. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

Visiting family in the area, but they had plans today, so we brought our dogs in to grab a bite. Staff were wonderful and accommodating when we asked to change tables for one with shade. Although I did not get her name, our server was very good, attentive & gracious as I watched her work several tables on the patio. Will come back again. Our dogs too!

Nice, modern place, food is excellent but a little pricey and the men's room was very dirty and that is a big turn off for me. Lots of staff and not a ton of customers, surly someone could have cleaned the bathroom. 🤷 However let me repeat, the food is excellent

We’ve been at Brazen a ton of times however each time we unfortunately feel like it’s declining. I’m gluten free and ordered my burger with a GF bun and no sauce and it came with a regular bun and sauce and I asked are you sure this is a GF bun? And she said yes but let me double check anyway. Came back with a gluten free bun on the same burger (cross contamination). Appetizer and sides were cold. We love the atmosphere but the food isn’t great anymore.

We had reservations for a large group Saturday evening. Most of our party left by 10pm and a few of us were wrapping up. The staff turned the lights off on us at 10:35pm with no warning! The hours are listed everywhere as closing at 11pm. We closed our tab and left, the staff said not a word to us. Disappointed by this service!

We had reservations for a large group Saturday evening. Our party went out of our way to help the staff by clearing our dishes and bringing them to the bar staff. Most of our party left and a few of us were wrapping up. The staff turned the lights off at 10:35pm with no warning, when the hours are listed everywhere as 11pm. We closed our tab and left, the staff said not a word to us. Such incredibly rude service

No available parking on a Thursday night, and it wasn’t even crowded. Customers began parking alongside an adjacent construction road that the manager yelled at us for doing. Staff was excessively slow all night. Waited over 5 minutes at the bar to get a side of ranch for my friend’s wife while 3 staff members just looked at me from the far side of the bar.
