Came here for a quick bite to eat at around 4pm on a Wednesday. They had happy hour margaritas and I ordered the carne asada street tacos. Their salsa station was fresh and fully stocked. Service was attentive and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I will definitely be back ?

The Buffalo area is so blessed with a melting pot of delicious foods including multiple fantastic Mexican restaurants. But El Amigo is by far my favorite. No matter my mood or appetite, I'm always down for their street tacos and guac.

Looks like a very small place on the outside but has a good amount of seating. Upon walking in it was very clean and some nice Mexican music playing. The staff was very friendly and didn't over check on you. You get chips and salsa when you first sit down. The portions of the food are a very good size. I had chimmichongas and OMG best I ever had. Prices are fair compared to others. Flavors are amazingly surprising popping and everything was fresh. I would highly recommend again and again. Deserts sounded amazing. Took home a churro cupcake (comes in a drink container to go) looks delicious but will try later! Give this place a shot if you like Mexican, large portions and great service!!!

Magnificent food, combined with phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend this magnificent establishment to anyone, particularly anyone living in the Lancaster/Depew area. Best burritos in western New York.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. I brought my two year old son. He had his first ever burrito, and he absolutely devoured it.
