Quite possibly the best beef on Weck I have ever had and I had the side of mashed potatoes that tasted like my grandmothers Overall very friendly service and friendly people don’t let the seating fool you there’s plenty more in the back not only is there plenty, but there’s plenty of roast beef there’s enough roast beef on one sandwich for three overall my favorite place to go to now

Dined here tonight and the food and wait staff were great. The evening was pleasant until right before I left. First let me start that we were a party of 7, that had a reservation, placed a large food and drink order and waited patiently for over an hour for our food (it was a busy night for the restaurant and our order was large). After we completed our meal and paid the bill, 2 members of our group were getting our vehicles to pick us up at the door (one in our party has a disability). Upon waiting for our rides, an older man (I assume the owner?) approached the table and told us we needed to leave because they needed the table for another group. I was absolutely shocked by this request as I have never had a restaurant request this of a paying customer (who was clearly packing up to leave). We had not stayed there an excessive amount of time (especially considering how long our food took to get), we were patient and understanding with the wait on food, we were not disruptive and we were clearly making our way out. It’s too bad we were treated this way at the end of our evening. I was discussing with my husband earlier in the evening about coming back and trying other dishes but honestly, I don’t think that will be happening.

Came here with a party of 7 and waited well over an hour for food. Was told by the old guy loudly in front of the other diners we needed to leave because they needed the table. We were waiting for my husband to pull up the car so my elderly disabled aunt with her walker could sit. Won’t be coming back.

We went to Franks on a friday night glad we got there at 530, place really filled up. took my mom there on our visit to Buffalo. I had the open face roast beef, really good, my wife had a fish fry and my mom had the roast beef sandwich, all the food was very good! service was good as well. They have a rather large parking lot which is nice!

What restaurant doesn't serve prime rib med rare, or rare? Was very dissatisfied, said they couldn't serve it like that. Why
For the second time our fish fries were scimpy and fried to a crisp. Shame on us for expecting better.

We've been dining at Frank's over 20 years. Today 7/26/24, something about the fish fry was different. The Cod was tasteless and over-cooked. Potatoe salad tasted different, no onion, no egg, nor mustard tang like before. What a disappointment. Fix this please!

Dinner was awesome and very accommodating due to my surgical scooter. The dill chicken sandwich was amazing. The Buffalo plater was delicious. Their Italian sausage special was also absolutely amazing. Would recommend ?.
