We had three different pastries, all were great! Very pleasant inside. I almost skipped it for one of the other bakeries because of the sign warning about the lack of bathrooms. Sometimes if you're walking around downtown, (and are a paying customer), you might need a bathroom..

Amazing staff, super friendly! If you are choosing between this and Lancaster Coffee definitely go with Gabrielle’s. Everything is made from scratch and breakfast sandwiches are delicious

Pastry was very good as well as matcha. Some more savory options might be a great addition as well as fresh sourdough loaves!

I love this place. The owner is so great to talk to and it’s amazing to see her running around herself. Truly all home-made small business.

My daughter wanted a rainbow cake for her 12th birthday like slices she sees in store. I had called several bakeries with no one willing to even talk about it with me. I called Gabrielle's Bakery and right away she started to clarify what I was looking for. I explained that I wanted the 5 layers for colors. My daughter loved it!. It held together perfectly. I would l recommend this bakery for cakes to everyone. Especially if you are looking for a specialty cake. They worked with me and was so understanding. I can't wait to go have brunch at the bakery sometime.

Not impressed. After 6 visits before actually being open when I stopped, being sent coupons with numerous gluten free options that don't exist, huge disappointment! Advertising wasn't correct, hours don't work for people with actual jobs, and standing in line for over 20 minutes to find that the information sent out was false, I'll never go back!! Very disappointed! The good news is there's other bakeries that advertise as having gluten free products, are actually OPEN when a normal person can patronize the establishment and have amazing products exist. This just isn't one of them.

Nice little bakery right in the village. Lots of vegan and gluten free options here! Cinnamon rolls and Salted Nutella Bars are delicious! Looking forward to going back again!

I was walking around downtown Lancaster, looking at all of the stores I hadn't been to yet, and saw Gabrielle's Bakery and popped in! I had a hard time making a choice because everything looked so good!! I decided on the cinnamon roll, it just looked yummy! I was told by the person that waited on me, very patiently I might add, that they are known for their cinnamon rolls!! After I left with the intention of heating it up in the microwave as soon as I got home, I ran into a friend and told him and his daughter about it!I saw him again after I picked up my dog from Furry Friends. Not only did he go and purchase the cinnamon roll but he ate it already and said it was amazing! I said I just can't wait to go home and eat mine and I did and I have to agree! I really think it was the best cinnamon roll I have ever had and I absolutely love cinnamon rolls! I will be back! ?
Everything is delicious! I love their cheesecake!
Great sandwiches and coffee! A gem of the village of Lancaster! Friendly service as well.
Great bread! I love the cinnamon raisin and sourdough.
Stopped In on a Tuesday morning because they had breakfast sandwiches and coffee! All of the pastries looked amazing I’ll be back to try those my coffee was great and the sandwich was everything I needed and more! Will be back soon!
