Staff is super friendly and accommodating! I wanted the philly steak sub but in salad form. They were super receptive to the idea of doing sub toppings on a bed of greens and thanked us for the idea and suggestion. My salad was LOADED and absolutely delish and my sister loved her sub as well. Customer service and price to food ratio are huge deciding factors to me on whether I will return and I will definitely return and recommend!

Pizza was eh. Nothing special .. better choices around . biggest problem was how they charged me 228 for a pizza instead of 28 with their square reader and they said oh this happened before , had to wait for owner to come do the refund .. no discount for my 15 minute wait to make sure it was corrected and then we were called to come back because owner thought he refunded us twice. No coupon for a next time or anything so customer service is non existent . called credit card company and we had 7 attempts to charge the card .. unbelievable .. will not be returning ever

Pizza was tasty, very emblematic of the Buffalo-style of crust. A bit on the well done side, not unlike Picasso's. The wings were excellent. Huge, juicy, with good flavor and real bleu cheese of course. Highly recommended

This place just opened and they're doing pizza and wings right!!! Fresh not canned mushrooms on my pizza, the crust has a garlic butter on it. I got a calzone that is so big I literally gasped when the chef came out to present it to me. The calzone was also brushed with a garlic butter and the spinach in it was fresh spinach!!!! Not that canned stuff you get when you finally find a pizza joint that actually serves calzones in buffalo. The wings are beautifully prepared-crispy and saucy! OMG I just realized the blue cheese for the wings is homemade! They definitely have a customer for life now! We got a lot more food than we anticipated. The portions are bigger than any other pizza place I've ordered from and it wasn't even expensive. This is like high end craft pizza restaurant quality food for affordable prices. We took food home with us but, there was seating available inside too with tables and booths.

Not exactly a review, but rather an FYI. Sadly, Jacobi's is GONE. The place that tried to open in the same location failed before I had a chance to try them. There are signs advertising a new Pizza place at the location... we'll have to see how they fare.

The foods OK. Not the worst not the best but would eat there again. My big issue is the guy usually at the counter the big guy... Every time I've been in their he's yelling at his employees like there some 3rd world servants. Yelling at the most small things like last time how the kid was holding the pizza with the tongs, not yelling but screaming. Insults, it was just un called for that level of yelling in front of customers, and over a minor thing. Won't go their again till big guy is gone or goes to anger management.

I'm from South buffalo n if anyone has had pizza there back in the day they know that it was best in buffalo. However times change n now I live in Lancaster and they are by far the best pie around! Like true buffal pizza. Iv read some of the bad reviews and as far as the service goes we never had issues. We have even ordered for delivery 15 min be4 closing p.s. we norm. Dont do that but I'm prego n was craving.... and like every time it was amazing. My 1st thought with the bad pie review was what did they do or act to piss off. Cause there pie is great. I'm not sure w other foods haven't had except pie, it's always that good that I just have to get that. Every other place well known in area iv hated. That lil joint next to fam. Video is ok but super greasy, grassos is a fu*king joke there food isn't bad but will never go there after the several screw ups w order and total tude from them girls.. yes there that ignorant to the point my hubby refused to eat there cause he was worried what would go in our food, n he knows how it is he's wrked in plenty of kitchens in his day. Last is penoras ugh just NOT my place at all, service n food, nope I'll pass!

I ordered the Tuesday night large cheese & pepperoni pizza for just under $12 on May 19, 2015 and the pizza was literally disgusting, THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I called to complain and the guy claiming to be the owner told me that he disagrees and he thinks that I am crazy for hating their pizza and hung up on me!! Stay as far away as possible from this restaurant!!!!
