I have loved the Lancaster Coffee Company and have been a long time customer, however the last several times I had an iced latte I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality. I keep coming back hoping that it was just a fluke but sadly it’s been going downhill for awhile now. I’m not sure if the baristas are not trained well or if it’s the quality of the ingredients. They were very concerned about my order. I ordered Avocado toast maybe I did not say it loud enough.They took the rest of the order and brought everything except the avocado toast. They apologized for the misunderstanding and gave me the avocado toast for free because they thought it was their. fault. I felt very warm, not because it was free but because of their concern and attitude.
Good tourist stop. Dined on the sidewalk with the historic views. Service was friendly but a bit slow. They brought out our order one piece at a time, so about 20 minutes and 6 visits to our table finally completed our order of simple coffee and sandwiches.
