Ordered a bunch of regulars. Veggie lo mein and veggie fried rice were both good. Wonton soup was very tasty and home made wontons. The gyoza were bland and cold (don't bother ) but egg rolls were Yumms as was sweet n sour chicken. Would Check it out again

I'm struggling with this one. I have been here before and I could have sworn it was great. I went last Sunday and I just grabbed chicken lo mein, an eggroll, and wonton egg drop soup. The eggroll and wonton egg drop soup were amazing! Loved them. The chicken lo mein was the yuckiest most disgusting lo mein I have ever had. The price is great but unfortunately - this place is turning into you get what you pay for. And the staff was unbelievably rude when I went to pick up! They were so bothered they had to tend to me. I also don't know that I have ever been served an eggroll without any sort of sauce. I was told after I got home that I had to get my own sauce, which okay .. but also .. why wasn't it just at the counter?

Was a good place. Ordered general chicken and rice lunch special. Took a bite and all I can taste is crispy breading. All my chicken was mostly bread and rice was over cooked. I asked if this is the new chicken cause it’s over cooked and no meat. Her reply back was o no it ain’t new. I told her it was awful, I then threw it in the garbage. It definitely was the worse meal I’ve had from there. But I will not be back. Such a waste of money.

Used to be my favorite in the area. 4 piece fried chicken was crispy and fried perfectly but the chicken was spoiled. Very slimy and bad taste. Rice was over cooked. I threw the whole meal out

Messed up the order so I had to go back to the restaurant, then even though I called and stated the issue they made me wait for them to recook the food they messed up. By the time I got back home, everything else was cold. And the lo-mein I went back for was lacking chicken. I just remembered why I stopped going here.

This place is the bomb, don’t pay attention to the karen reviews especially the old ones. They’re fast, (10 min or less fast) hard working and have hardly raised their prices through Covid and everything.

Always enjoy Main Moon food. Been ordering from there for 20 years! No complaints with anything we've ordered.
Main moon is a good reliable place to eat. I enjoy going in there and seeing different faces working in the kitchen as well as familiar ones. I've never had a single problem with them and I've had them cater my parties before. Their style of cooking is superior to other Asian restaurants I've been to/seen and they are friendly. They appreciate the business and I wish more success for them in the future. I don't understand the bad reviews. The popcorn chicken is always crispy and hot. Cashew chicken is good and their vegetables are always fresh. Beef and broccoli is very satisfying. My mom's favorite is the crab rangoon and egg rolls. I'll never get enough of this restaurant and the best thing about them is their authentic Chinese style and design inside. Only thing is, you have to remember to grab the sauces yourself and they are easy to forget. Anyone claiming they don't know how to cook proper American-Chinese meals are out of their mind. Much better than some of the other restaurants I've been to in the area.

Decent prices for decent take out. Definitely one of the better Chinese takeout places in the area. We drive from Alden because Main Moon tastes better than many of the other places.

We ordered food for our stay in the hospital after my wife gave birth. The food made me want to jump out the window. Sesame beef tasted like sweet and sour sauce, i could only eat about 5 bites before i had to throw it out, which is not cool. The lo mein was bland and the chicken and cashews was blah. We had ordered a combination platter but didn't receive the eggroll or rice. Very disappointed.

I have never written a review of anything but I am compelled to share my experience… I ordered several years back and remember it being terrible so today I thought maybe that was an off day… well when you could find a piece of chicken inside the batter of my orange chicken dinner all you found was a tiny nugget of stringy chicken leather that I just couldn’t chew or eat. Just awful not worth my time going back to complain. It was the only place nearby that was open on a Monday…

Horrible food the bar b q ribs was just charred bones. Beef and broccoli was slimy. 4 piece chicken was burnt and fried in old oil. Fried rice plain. Never again!
