I've had the Corned Beef Reuben - A super thick sandwich and a copious amount of fries, served hot and fresh. A definite BANG for your buck, which is difficult to find these days. The atmosphere/service were as if we were dining at home with family. Thank you to the entire establishment for such a wonderful experience!!
We visit Mooney's on Broadway in Lancaster at least once a month, sometimes twice! The food is excellent! They are known for their mac and cheese but their sandwiches are TOP NOTCH. My favorites are The Turkey Melt, The Rachel, The Ruben and the Original Burger. I usually have these with tater tot's, Fried pickles, Onion wedges or a salad and a pint of Hayburner IPA
If you are a mac and cheese lover. Cannot beat Mooney's. It's a nice place you walk in the front door, the bar is to the left. The restaurant is to the right. TVs everywhere. Great log cabin atmosphere. No I would not suggest mac and cheese everyday. yes it is extremely unhealthy for you. But no worries they have a lot of other unhealthy foods for you to choose from lol.
