And, sorry to say, over/poorly seasoned breakfast sandwich. I wanted to love it here so badly, but it’s dirty. The ceiling tiles are off putting. Place looks like they emptied their basement and decorated with it. I see the look they were going for but it just looks cluttered. I can’t write a dishonest review, which is why I led with the pros.

I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! This has by far been my favorite (& cheapest) breakfast spot! It’s also so cozy in there and reminds me of going to eat at my Mimi’s house. I don’t know the owners, they didn’t tell me to post this. I just want them to get the recognition that they deserve. 🫶🏻

The crew greets you kindly, the space feels like art, Where comfort and flavor are both from the heart. But the secret, my friends, that we quietly cherish — Is the “spinach,” you know — the one kids won’t let perish.
They grin ear to ear, with “healthy” delight, (Though chocolate’s the magic that’s hidden from sight). It’s laughter and joy in a simple café, Where mornings turn brighter in every way.
So here’s to The Pallet, my favorite stop, For coffee, for bagels, for moments that pop. If love could be brewed, they’ve mastered the art — A little caffeine, and a whole lot of heart.

Bingo! surprising charming with very authentic café with friendly staff, charming decoration and design, and a creamy latte. I recommend trying their Italian soup—it was delicious and healthy.

They bake their own items, bagels were good! Good basic coffee, tea, pleasant service. Family owned. Eclectic decor, plants all around. Bathroom could use a little attention. Clean, but handicap useable, basic.

during our short visit to the pallet cafe, the staff was so sweet and the food was amazing! the baristas even offered to fill our water bottles up after finding out we had a long drive ahead of us. definitely stop by if you’re in buffalo! thank u to this cute cafe!

Quiet little coffee shop in Lancaster. I ordered the avocado toast with goat cheese and bacon. Delectable. I also ordered the London fog as my drink. Perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and quaint. The ladies that worked there were super friendly. I love supporting small businesses and I will definitely be back to this one. I encourage you to stop by and check them out!

This cafe is very cozy and has great food. I have only been twice, and both times were phenomenal. I got the avocado toast with egg and cheese and every bite was flavourful. My partner got the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel and he couldn’t stop raving about it! The workers are very sweet and personable. I’m hoping to make this my regular spot!
Unfortunately theres nothing good about this cafe. The tables, the floors, the napkins were even dirty. The drinks are not good, not even a smoothie. Do not recommend.
