And, sorry to say, over/poorly seasoned breakfast sandwich. I wanted to love it here so badly, but it’s dirty. The ceiling tiles are off putting. Place looks like they emptied their basement and decorated with it. I see the look they were going for but it just looks cluttered. I can’t write a dishonest review, which is why I led with the pros.
I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! This has by far been my favorite (& cheapest) breakfast spot! It’s also so cozy...

The chocolate chip cookies are also exactly what you’d expect and want from a classic cookie.
Everyone at the cafe is so kind and it really gives you that beautiful small-town welcoming and caring vibe. I would highly recommend.
