I go to Starbucks every morning. It’s the best part of my morning. This Starbucks is on my way to work and so I mostly go here. There is a certain person behind the counter who is never very friendly and I just think it’s rude considering I’m such a loyal customer and am just trying to get through my work day just like them.

Had to wait HALF AN HOUR for a door dash order. They don't even prepare them in the order received!!! According to an employee!
Should have seen reviews first! Looks like it is a habit here, Had to wait 30 mins in store and no sign of getting my coffee. Had to wait 5 mins to cancel my order too, bizarre experience.
