I know Starbucks is expensive, I'm not out of touch. $5.95 for a "24oz" Iced Venti Matcha Latte seemed steep, but it's Friday, and I wanted to do something nice for myself for a change.Well... There was so much ice in my drink, it barely left space for 8-10 oz of the actual beverage.They aren't even trying to hide these deceptive practices anymore.This isn't about the $7.00 (after tax) I spent for a massive cup of ice.This is about the insulting and disheartening disregard for people, where every ounce of goodwill is sacrificed in pursuit of extracting the most possible value from them. It's inescapable, and I'm tired of expanding my 'do not revisit' list.The decent service and polite smile I was given by the staff felt like a middle finger. As if by them pretending not to notice, I was meant to seem ungrateful for this $7.00 disappointment.It might seem like I'm overreacting and in isolation, that's definitely true. It's just a drink, just a $7.00 lesson. But I have no patience for this anymore.

The Regal Theatre location , transit rd Lancaster, is by far the worst store in town, I went through drive thru and places an order for specialty drinks, I took a sip and went back through and asked them to remake them as they were so bad, To be sure a received NEW drinks I pinched the lids, and about 45 seconds later,,,, Wa La ,, two new drinks in record time. I simply drive away called corporate. To the workers at this location, IF we can trust you to remake simple coffee drinks, how in hell can you be trusted with a Real life issue??? Your fooling yourselfs.

Hit or miss really, you might get the best service with the best drink or the worst service with the worst made drink. For some reason it tends to be the high-school kids or college kids I have the best experience

I was at your location at 8ish this morning on transit road. This was a quick stop after my sons dr apt. Drive thru line was long as I was hoping to have him catch the bus we had 20 minutes. This was by far the worst Starbucks stop I’ve ever made. Your barista was very snooty with me after I asked if I was forgotten 20 minutes after order she told me mobile orders are first. Had I known this I would have used the drive through that went quickly like a well oiled machine those baristas were nice and friendly and efficient as I watched and felt neglected. I understand order priority but I paid just as much for my coffee to be felt like I was an inconvenience. I hope in the future they make others feel better than they made me feel. It was definitely disappointing watching them eye roll and act annoyed at most customers walking in to order.We should all be treated equal no matter how you choose to order coffee.Katie

I'd been driving for 7 hours and was happy to find the place open. I needed tea to soothe my stomach. I ordered a "black tea latte with coconut milk", knowing my Starbucks speak may not be perfect as far as tea goes. I got lectured "um a BLACK TEA LATTE...? That's a London Fog." I said ok, I know that's with earl grey, I'm not looking for ear grey, just regular black tea, English breakfast or whatever you have. When I get to the window I asked how I should order that more clearly to be understood. The (brunette) girl rolled her eyes and asked the (red haired) girl behind her, who condescended with a pained smirk "that's a Royal English Breakfast Tea latte with no liquid cane sugar- it's right on the sticker" I said ok thank you. I thought hmm i don't remember saying no liquid cane syrup, I want all the benefits of a sweetened hot tea latte without the darn bergamot. I don't understand the confusion. There's basic black tea, and there's black tea infused with other oils, like bergamot, ergo earl grey. The attitude is unnecessary, but especially since they themselves don't know. Anyway, usually the coconut milk is slightly sweet, so I figured I'd just deal with my lack of sugar since asking for something else would be a bit much at this point. I drove toward my hotel, took a sip and realized I'm drinking regular whole milk, which I'm allergic to. The girls were so concerned with telling me I don't know to order tea that they missed the most important part.

I would never ever recommend going to this location the workers are very rude and they do not prioritize delivery order So you're stuck waiting over a half hour 45 minutes for a cup of coffee when I have to get home and watch my Newborn baby They don't even care and they just give you attitude complaining In giving excuses why your order isn't done
