Waited for ladies restroom. Someone locked it. They didn't have a key. Mgr told me to use men's room. Toliet wobbly and was falling over. They said they know but no one fixes it. Sub I've had in the past was terrible, meat was old and skimpy even though I paid double. Put mayo without asking and did not know what the sauce I wanted was. Roll was stale. When reheated second half it was crappy. Won't go there again.

Unfortunately I was unable to order because the girl working with the pink hair said she could only take on line orders because the POS machine was down. Well online orders also go through the POS machine too. She was obviously very lazy and didnāt want to work and wait on people. Maybe she should get a new job. Wont be back.

I ordered 3 subs on the app to arrive and find a sign on the door that they were pretty much out of all the veggies and condimentsā¦ no lettuce, no cucumbers, no pickles, no meatballsā¦ they made our subs with barely anything on it rather than wait and see if we would like something else or a refund. The workers didnāt even acknowledge us for pickup and when I got home I discovered what sandwiches were suppose to be cold were for some reason put in the oven and made hot. Set aside the fact that they had next to nothing to complete our order it was made completely wrong with what they did have. I called to discuss the issues and canāt get an answer by phone even during normal business hours! Worst Subway Iāve EVER been to!

Worst place to get food.very bad experience I will never go back again
Hadnāt had Subway in a while and it just sounded goodā¦. Double Meatball sub for my son, Baja Chipotle Chicken for my wife and 2x Turkey for me. All delicious, fresh and perfect. The young lady working was a sweetheart and service was excellent!!!! Will definitely be adding Subway (this location) back into my regular places for lunch!!! FANTASTIC!!!!
Poor service. The employee clearly does not like their job then Subway asks me to supplement their employee's income with a tip.
Then I ask for a large drink only to find out they do not have Coke. I asked for a refund for my drink and I am still waiting. Only one person working and a long line.
Don't be guilted into giving a tip while they stare at you as you go through the card payment process.
10% of my $15 dollar order is $1.50. $1.50 x at least 20 orders an hour is $30 an hour in tips plus their base pay for poor service.

Really loved my $11 āturkeyā sub that was 95% bread, lettuce, and sauce.
These franchise owners are pathetic. If youāre telling your employees to skimp this hard on meat, then you should explore different avenues of income. Hope this place goes out of business soon.

A year ago this place was another good subway to go too. Now? Eh, short staffed often, and close hours early often it seems. Equipment seems to be down here and there. Running out of food items. The store just does not seem to be manage very well anymore. ?
