Poor service. The employee clearly does not like their job then Subway asks me to supplement their employee's income with a tip.
Then I ask for a large drink only to find out they do not have Coke. I asked for a refund for my drink and I am still waiting. Only one person working and a long line.
Don't be guilted into giving a tip while they stare at you as you go through the card payment process.
10% of my $15 dollar order is $1.50. $1.50 x at least 20 orders an hour is $30 an hour in tips plus their base pay for poor service.
My worst experience ever at a Subway. :(

Really loved my $11 “turkey” sub that was 95% bread, lettuce, and sauce.
These franchise owners are pathetic. If you’re telling your employees to skimp this hard on meat, then you should explore different avenues of income. Hope this place goes out of business soon.

A year ago this place was another good subway to go too. Now? Eh, short staffed often, and close hours early often it seems. Equipment seems to be down here and there. Running out of food items. The store just does not seem to be manage very well anymore. ?

Will not be returning. The women working inside right now was very rude. She got upset when I asked her for different cheese to the point where I just told her to go ahead and leave what she put on. I asked her if she could do light avacado on my mother's sandwhich while she was using the scooper and she took a deep breath like I asked her for something outrageous. She took a knife sliced half the avacado off and whipped it into the garbage can. We appologized for asking and she said nothing. It was very uncomftorable the whole time she made the food and we should not have to appologize for substiutions? Sandwhich artist is not her calling lol.
Went here 5/30/24 at 9pm and workers decided to close early ...staff refused to serve us...will take my business to Rivas Pizza or Vargos on Walden.

I don’t know if the problem lies with just this location or if all subways have gone down hill. I’m done give this place anymore chances. If you don’t know how to make a sandwich…. And that’s literally your job. Maybe this job is not for you. Horrible

Never having subway at any location.Gave me a bread older than your mom!! Asked for a veggie patty trice and still got veggie delite … this 2 girls working tonight were not professional at all and giving free sandwiches to their boyfriends.Also a very unhygienic place.
