I don’t know if the problem lies with just this location or if all subways have gone down hill. I’m done give this place anymore chances. If you don’t know how to make a sandwich…. And that’s literally your job. Maybe this job is not for you. Horrible

Never having subway at any location.Gave me a bread older than your mom!! Asked for a veggie patty trice and still got veggie delite … this 2 girls working tonight were not professional at all and giving free sandwiches to their boyfriends.Also a very unhygienic place.

Order 2 subs for delivery. Pizza sub was cold no cheese. It wasn't baked. Other sub roll was falling apart so much mayonnaise. Just terrible. I called and the worker said there was nothing she can do, with a attitude. I placed a order had it delivered for myself and husband can have a easy dinner, when he came home from work. I will never never order from there again. Wasted my money.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking with ramp. Tables with chairs that can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs. Double door entrance, flat from sidewalk to restaurant and bathroom that is Handicap accessible.

I visited your store on Oct 27 2023. Frustrated by the terrible service in your establishment (not even being greeted, then waiting at the counter for the employees to finish their personal conversation which never ended) I walked out and didn't complete my order as it took a long time to even get that far in my order. No one else in the store. She only had meat on bread after all of this time. I said nothing to no one. Out of frustration, I walked out of the establishment, peacefully. Without my food. Empty handed.As I am sitting in my car in the parking lot starting to write this review, your manager (as he identified himself), approached my car with his phone out recording me. I found this behavior to be provocative, unwarranted, and out of order. So I rolled my window up and refused to engage.As I continue to write the review, he starts to verbally harass me. I moved my car to the other end of the plaza and he followed. Still filming me, he began to issue hate slurs, insults and threats to call the cops.I told him that I do not know him and I do not have any business with him and I do not know why he is even speaking to me. At that time while he was recording me he told me that he came out to see how my customer experience was. Again, looking for a problem he was.I was the victim of a hate crime at your location. The self identifying manager followed me to my car and then throughout the parking lot as I moved parking spaces twice attempting to complete this review, harassing me, verbally assaulting me, issuing hate slurs. He tried to provoke me in every way possible. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Had house/stove fire and have only had microwave and fridge stuff. But been needing something warm and filling. Got out of work got my 2 year old bc we were starving at 835 I drivee up, all lights were on but door locked with two workers doing nothing. So there i thought out they have drive thru under subway name maybe that's just open. I drove around TWICE and this false drive thru is non-existent. I pulled back to front to call and see what was going on as I see the two workers just standing there staring at me laughing turn off the lights in dining room and just stare and laugh still. How rude and ignorant to do when you advertise that you are open till 10pm on Google and on your doors. On top of false advertising a drive thru. Place will shut down soon enough since people are lazy and want to waste time they could've been making my subs. 10/10 do not recommend this ignorant lying company. Definitely won't be getting my business!!

The restaurant was severely understaffed. Management clearly set the employees up to fail with only one experienced worker and one trainee. The line was extremely long and mobile orders were continuing to mount up as these two employees desperately tried to serve their customers. As one customer would cash out, two more would walk through the door. Management should do a better job of staffing more employees to work on the weekend, especially after 5pm when people are hungry. My kids and I waited in line for at 30-45 mins and fresh bread was starting to become scarce.

I'm not one to write reviews often but I feel this needs to be shared. I've been in this location 3 to 4 times and every time I feel there is a rude or obnoxious customer in line. The place has the friendliest staff. Even when they're busy or short staffed they have the best attitudes. I hope what I've seen in my few times here is not the norm for these people. The average public needs to get off their high horse and stop being impatient. It's 15 minutes at worst...you have 23 hours and 45 minutes left in the day to do something productive. Eat your lunch and relax.
