On September 21st 2025 at 10:30pm, the female manager Becky that was closing started swearing at me and then threatening me with her husband that’s a convicted felon when confronted about her behavior telling me that he’ll fight me as he’s been trying to fight people in the community as what the Google reviews say on Joe’s Kwik Mart page. Her husband Chris that also works at that location showed up and tried to attack me while I was in line waiting for a receipt as she was getting picked up from work and then Becky the manager told me she spit in the food she made me in the past as I was leaving. I’m sure the NYS health department would love to be notified especially with her not wearing gloves or using her phone while working and then not washing her hands after while making food as I’ve seen it several times along with other reviews from people about how they don’t use gloves. Very unprofessional and unsanitary

My sub was absolutely terrible, but the employee who was working had such amazing service. I think his name was Aaron or something, I forgot lowkey but he was chill af. the cookies were good though so that was a plus. keep up the good service!

I really enjoy subway subs but I'm over the incompetence of one of their employees I always order either a 12 in or 6 in home run ham lettuce and pickle and a very very very small amount of sweet onion sauce and this same girl every time absolutely covers my sub in sauce to the point I can't finish it cause it's leaking all over the place and all I can taste is the sauce and it's gross when it's that over powering

Stated opens at 8am, it’s 8:50 and two employees have been in back talking. They just told me they need another hour or so! Not the first time this has happened at this location.

The staff here is very friendly and always puts effort into making a good sandwich. More than just slapping ingredients on bread. Never short on fillings.
Hours are all over the place, the other day I stop in at 8:30 got a wrap, today I stop at 8, said they were closed, asked what time they close, they said 9, well it's 8. It's OK I'll just start getting dinner some other place. As I'm writing this, there is a guy waiting at the counter to order, lights are on, he's looking around, he's been there for a few minutes now, no one has come out telling him they are closed, then the lights go out, he walks away looking upset, at least put a closed sign up, or just don't open...ever.
