I when to get a breakfast and they gave me burn bread when complain to staff she blind she say is toasted but that should be brown not black. The bread was burn in the inside they need fire the cook. The sandwich taste 😔😔😔 terrible.They didn't even offer a refund.My god.Also the cashier doesn't give the receipt and if you get receipt is blurry how u do the survey.

Good and nice people work here! Can be a tough location with traffic at times. My one and only complaint/ gripe is simple and is Tim’s generic for all locations. I have not had a good breakfast biscuit for about 6 years now! Those things always disintegrate at first bite and its crumbs all over the place- usually my car. I end up not eating a sandwich but pieces of egg/ bacon / crumbs off my lap. Can you please get some decent biscuits!

Today I wanted 2 white cream and one Boston cream and got 1 white cream and 3 Boston cream. Check your order before you get home.

The worst location. Every time I come in and ask for a bacon sandwich I get sausage after confirming several times I want bacon. Employee who answered the phone the last time was unapologetic and snarky. The food is always cold and sloppily thrown together at this location.
