Great donuts but has one flaw..when ordering 1 donut they put it in a bag and when you get a 🍩 with glaze all the glaze sticks to the inside of the bag..why can't they put in a small box equivalent to the size of a hamburger that way when you open the box the glaze isn't all over the place
This is the third time I've gotten a sausage instead of a bacon farmer's. On top of that, waiting almost 20 minutes for a wrap is ridiculous. It used to run good in the mornings, but this new staff just doesn't have the energy to keep up with a morning rush. Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to help one customer.

I try to avoid this location because it's 50/50. 2 out of 3 drinks were made wrong and we unfortunately only caught one of them before leaving. They seemed generally disorganized but hey, got handed an extra sandwich on accident so I'll take that.
Update: Had a friend unfortunately pick up drinks from this location because it was on the way. Matcha latte tasted gross and burnt, almost like coffee. Sure enough when opened, the drink was brown with a green tint to it. Never had a matcha latte messed up that badly. (I dont know how or why you would even hand that out, that's not a simple mistake like mixing something up. The matcha was in there but Im assuming coffee or espresso was somehow added). With a tim hortans on every other corner, there is absolutely no reason to stop at this one, I've had more negative experiences than good ones at this point.

The teenager working behind the Counter was too busy talking to her friends to pay attention to her customers. When I tried to get her attention, she was rude and unprofessional

Worst tims ever.. takes one order then walks off for 5 mins to do that order.. 5 people line take around an hour.. more people on phones hiding in the back than service..
Horrable.. and the machines need recallabrated..
Rachel was awesome. The little dragon in the toaster was a little overzealous; however, Rachel prepared my bagel perfectly, with a kind smile, and some friendly banter. 10/10 highly recommended.

If you need hot coffee to be refreshed - this is good place. You can take to go, or just get inside and enjoy it.

Good and nice people work here! Can be a tough location with traffic at times. My one and only complaint/ gripe is simple and is Tim’s generic for all locations. I have not had a good breakfast biscuit for about 6 years now! Those things always disintegrate at first bite and its crumbs all over the place- usually my car. I end up not eating a sandwich but pieces of egg/ bacon / crumbs off my lap. Can you please get some decent biscuits!
