Drive through only for Tim Hortons. The rest of the location is gas station & Subway. The food is good! On occasion, they are out of stuff, but usually ask if you want a substitute.

I stopped here today and ordered a Boston cream doughnut. They charged me $1.49. I asked why the price increase and they said it’s because they added some stripes of pink and blue frosting over the top…supposedly for Easter. I tried to scrape off the added frosting and it took off most of my chocolate frosting…won’t be buying another until they stop this. Didn’t want more frosting. Tasted terrible and cost me more.

Well first of all it said open and wasnt. So of course i ordered in app, which also said open. When we pulled up however they were closed and the app wont let you cancel a placed order and doesnt have a way to chat to someone to see about getting the money back. As our closest Timmys after that is too far to see if we could get the order there. This is honestly frustrating.UPDATE THE APP TO KNOW WHEN ITS CLOSED! HAVE IT BASED ON IF SOMEONE IS CLOCKED IN AND/OR HAVE A 24/7 REAL TIME MAP OF OPENS AND CLOSED.Parking: Empty

Constantly forget my hashbrown if I order something else, my coffees are never mixed together. The cup either is half full of caramel or the bottom of the cup is filled w/ sugar. Only come because it's a hot 2 min walk from work & im far too lazy to go anywhere else. Hella disappointing. Anyways see you tomorrow ?

I try to get coffee in the morning And they ignore to sell it to me because they work only Drive-through Drive-through But nobody wasn't in a line drive-through And my car was too big to go there

Excellent sausage egg croissant as well as the sausage and egg excellent service would recommend to any contractor
They shut the drive through sign off in front of me 10 minutes before closing

Truck drivers beware. Dining room is often closed and staff is extremely rude. This is a truck stop yet they refuse to serve truckers. I literally had a staff member tell me to drive my truck and trailer through the drive through. Don’t waste your time with this one unless you’re just looking for a bathroom and a nap, bc they won’t serve you. Unless of course you can go through the drive through.

Two most recent visits will likely be my last. Waited over 20 minutes to get a pickup order even after the order was marked as ready. Last visit, the drinks weren't even filled up all the way. Over and inch of space left at top. I'm paying for a certain size, I expect it to be filled.

At counter inside for 10 minutes and the 12 year old behind the counter was more interested in his phone then taking my order. He finally made the extreme effort to raise his head to see me and acknowledge my presence. He asked if he could help me, I said no and left. I’ll find another place for coffee from now on. IT WONT BE TIM HORTONS

The store with drive-through only today. They should have put a sign on the main entrance door to say that it was drive-through only. I went around to the drive-thru line to discover there was nine cars waiting in line. And there was no outlet for me to get out of that line without going against the traffic flow. Communication goes a long way. you need to beef up your staff you don't have enough
