I stopped on my way to the airport and was literally ignored by the two employees behind the counter with no other customers in the store waiting in line. One continued to sweep the floor at the register directly in front of me and the other ignored me when I stood directly in front of him and tried to speak to him. I used the bathroom (which was disgusting and filthy) and left.

Pulled up, asked for my order per usual, my ice capp gets handed to me and i realize that it’s oddly dark for an ice Capp, knowing from working at Tim Hortons in the past, I know that the creamer isn’t quite correct the first few times when it gets changed. So being that it’s a drink that I’m paying for and would like it the way I’m paying for it, I asked for a little more creamer. The First Gentleman working the window was very sweet and polite and I am so sorry they had to be in the middle of this. The Second Gentleman, not sure of a name but dark hair and works early mornings, rudely came to the window and stated “This is all the creamer you get”, so I just took my coffee, and my pride because just why. When I am paying for something especially something I’m drinking, im not allowed for it to be corrected when I know it’s not correct? Make that make sense. That’s the same difference as going and buying a pair of jeans and realizing you bought the wrong size, only to go and exchange them and the store clerk tells you “ This is the size you get.” You would be very confused right?? Next time I try to go here I really hope an attitude adjustment has happened because he was very rude and that all was just uncalled for.

Friendliest staff I have encountered ANYWHERE in the last year. Went through the drive-thru, we had questions about the new winter drinks and snacks. Woman on headset taking the order was kind, patient and knowledgeable (I think she had brown hair, slender and glasses- we saw someone with a headset taking orders when we pulled up to the window and I think she waved when we got to the window. But could have been changing/ removing gloves. May or may not be the person who took our order) They were busy for lunch time but didn’t make me feel rushed. At the window, a different woman, (short, glasses and short blonde/platinum hair) was so kind and friendly. Talked to us briefly while the last drink was being made and told me how much she really enjoys the new ginger bread chai latte. Honestly, just a ray of sunshine. To the woman on the headset that recommended the new hot cocoa muffin, it was amazing and we will be back! I’m so glad we got 2 instead of one! Thank you for the exceptional service at this location. We will make the trip to this location instead of the one near our house because of the service, care and patience you provided today. I hope your managers see this and you get the recognition you deserve. I would hire you both in a minute at the restaurant I manage.

Ordered a grilled cheese Panini about 30 minutes ago, I'm a truck driver so there's not many places to stop and everyone always praises Tim Hortons. Noone was wearing a hair net and wouldn't you know after spending a ridiculous amount on a sandwich I found a long nasty hair in my sandwich and the muffin definitely wasn't fresh by any means but the people were nice

Noone was wearing a hair net and wouldn't you know after spending a ridiculous amount on a sandwich I found a long nasty hair in my sandwich and the muffin definitely wasn't fresh by any means but the people were nice
My favorite Tim Hortons because it's a convenient location, can get busy but never too crazy like other locations, they always get my order right, and the staff is friendly and has employees that have worked there a long time!
