Went in the men's bathroom and it was flooded. Instead cleaning up the mess they put a wet floor sign. Other then that it's like most tim Hortons all employees focused on the drive through. Once order food and drink was made up Promptly.

Ordered a iced matcha and everytime I do 5 mins later the foam is gone the drink is almost gone cuz they are not adding more milk after they mix it. matcha gets foamy I did correct them once and they added more milk but it's everytime.

I stopped on my way to the airport and was literally ignored by the two employees behind the counter with no other customers in the store waiting in line. One continued to sweep the floor at the register directly in front of me and the other ignored me when I stood directly in front of him and tried to speak to him. I used the bathroom (which was disgusting and filthy) and left.

Had to stop before my flight to get some donuts and coffee. Fast service. The donuts were fresh and coffee hot! It is Worth the stop!
